This is one of the few downtown restaurants that has on-site parking, a nice feature as the day we visited it was raining heavily. Although we had made a reservation it didn't appear necessary on this early Saturday night, although the rain could have kept diners away. Regardless, there was a healthy crowd in the place. The service was very good with attentive and helpful staff who accommodated our request to change tables, explain the menu and offer menu suggestions. The menu was limited, with the meal fare generally being burgers, pizza and pastas; we were not told of any daily specials. We shared an appetizer, a salad and a pizza and although the food was tasty it could have benefited from some spices to enhance the flavour. Beer and wine selection seemed in line with other comparable restaurants in town with regards to quality and price but don't expect an extensive wine list. We will go back again and would place this restaurant on our top 10 list for Peterborough. The overall price seemed a bit more than other Peterborough restaurants of this type but I'm sure the market forces will shift that. I was surprised at the number of large TVs over the bar area so I wasn't sure whether this was a sports bar or an upscale pub type diner. I did not see any signs of an accessible washroom. The patio area, although not in use due to rain, was very attractive and spacious.
