This restaurant recently opened and so far so good. There clearly are some kinks that need to be worked out, but I trust that in time this will be one of the best places around.
The upper level patio was not open when we were there and yes, the inside dining room is quite noisy. The televisions on the walls make it seem like a sports bar too which doesn't really match the decor or atmosphere.
We visited the restaurant as a large group and our waitress was great. She was friendly and attentive even though the place was busy. You could see that there was a little bit of chaos going on around the kitchen area. I think perhaps some of the staff are still getting the swing of things. Our meal and drinks both took awhile to get to us and one of the people in our party did not get his dinner until most of us had eaten half of our food. That was really the only issue we had. The atmosphere was good and the food was reasonably priced and tasted great. The beer was a bit expensive for a small town establishment, but when you are thirsty, it is what it is!
Overall, I would recommend the restaurant. Just don't go in expecting super fast service or at least until they get more into the swings of things and get a routine established. If you're going to relax and have some good food, then the wait shouldn't be a big deal.
