Good all you can eat soup or salad and good size portion for entrée. Excellent service and friendly waiter – staff hustles all the time.

Had a meal at the Silver City location on a Tuesday night. We stayed at the restaurant for about 90 minutes. The service was really slow we simply order one entree each and one drink. I made a complaint and management acknowledge there was new staff.

Food is ok nothing exceptional

Used to love East Side Marios, was great place, friendly staff, lots of food for a great price. But over the years it has become obvious that they have been trying to increase their profit margin. I don't know if this is because they are doing more poorly or they have become greedy.

First a few years ago instead of offering butter with their homeloafs, they offered home loafs with butter already on them. That was laughable-it was essentially a thin dry layer of butter on top. The whipped butter was so delicious, everyone complained and they brought it back. What a ridiculous way to try and save money.

They offer unlimited salad but instead of giving you a bowl, they give you a plate.

The portions have dramatically been reduced (especially with fries) I can never understand this, fries are a cheap way to fill people up.

The only compliment I have is that they dress the staff more appropriately now and it looks less like a popularity/beauty contest and more of a place where people dine.

While the food quality has remained consistent, the portions for cost have gotten disappointing. Average meal looks to cost about $14 before drinks/taxes/etc, but the portions are pitiful. It wasn't too many years ago the typical cost for pasta was closer to $10 and a plate meant a respectable leftover for taking home.
