The setting is beautiful; the staff polite and efficient; the wine list OK; a very complicated and long menu (a bad sign in my book).
The escargots are dreadful: fortunately they weren`t charged.
The prime rib was goo and cooked to perfection but nothing more.
The ratings given this restaurant just show that reviewers are used to family restaurants that serve good food but aren`t certainly great restaurants.
Complacency is the worst enemy of greatness.
