Sparks Street Mall can be fun and bland at the same time. It's a pedestrian mall with shops, restaurants, cafés and bistros along most of it, but other sections are simply government buildings and television studios that don't really offer much to the tourist or visitor. However, if you love architecture, it's a great place to check out.
The best time to go is during the Busker Festival - the Sparks St Mall is full of people and performers and definitely gets a 5-star rating for that!
On the average day, three stars, which is why we gave it a four star overall.
