If you are looking for authentic N.Y or Chicago style pizza as the menu states you may be disappointed. My N.Y pan style was a mystery, called the Wise Guy at $28 it was loaded with way to many salty toppings that drowned any individual flavors and melded the pizza into a uniform tasting pie so familiar to the Ottawa pizza scene. The crust was soggy and flavorless, nothing like a N.Y style pizza that has a crispy bottom and chewy texture. No real local beers to be had. There is a local wheat beer but who wants a wheat beer with pizza. A tiny bottle of Tank House ale will run you $7. I did see what they call a Chicago deep dish go by and the only thing deep dish about it was the pan it is cooked in. The miss advertised deep dish is more of a large pizza calzone or pocket with the same crust used on other pizza in the restaurant. Lacking is the flaky buttery crust that runs up the side of the pan filled with rich gooey ingredients you would find at a place like Lou Malnati's. It is good pizza but nothing like the real deal.
