Owner description: Welcome to Little Ray's Reptile Zoo and Nature Centre! Since 1995, we have been offering one of Canada's most fun and interactive approaches to eco education and zoology. The reptile zoo has the largest and most diverse animal education outreach program in Canada and has trained zookeepers and zoo facilities on site and off site since its inception. Our facility is one of a kind in the Ottawa area, and offers a series of dynamic school and daycare programs, children's birthday parties, and hosting and bookings for corporate events and fair exhibition tours across Canada for more than 15 years.

Kids loved it, ambiance fun, exciting for some, educational, good entertainment for everyone, unless you do not like the creepy crawlers

My wife and I took our granddaughters age 4.5 and 8 to this zoo not knowing what to expect as this was our first visit. We were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff and their attention to our phobias over snakes, spiders and lizards.

This zoo is compact and has interesting displays but do not expect it to resemble the austentacious Toronto zoo. Little Ray's is well set-up for the visitor to get up close and personal in the display areas as well as the "theatre" set up where you can touch, pet or hold creatures you might previously have feared.

I felt safe and confident that my grandchildren were immersed in an experience of a lifetime!
