The service is always polite, respectful and discreet. Parking is convenient and the location allows access to restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, greenbelt trails and the highway. Rooms are always clean. Newly renovated entry gives sets a calming mood. Gym is basic but appropriate for a quick workout.

The building is presently being renovated, it's tired looking, very tired. While attending to the building, they also need to work on their customer services. Housekeeping knocked on our door before 9:00 AM, the remove for the TV did not work, there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous guest, the desk light was burnt out. That said, the desk staff were very good, polite and helpful. The hotel fit our needs as we were in town to attend a function, it was close and reasonably priced.

This hotel is conveniently located for hospital visits which was my purpose for being in Ottawa.
The staff were most congenial as was the booking person.
Clean, tidy place. Easy access from Autoroute 417.
Reasonable rates. We will stay there again later in Spring or Summer
