Stayed 4 nights at the Capitol Hill for a work engagement. Requested (and received) a high floor room. The room had 2 queens, a small bathroom and a kitchenette (that I didn't use).
Overall the property is in fair-good shape. The room had the standard wear and tear that comes with a a hotel that is getting to the point where it needs a refresh. The bathroom was small (but adequate), the room was large and fairly comfortable.
I care about 4 things when I travel. The room must be clean, quiet and comfortable. It must also have a good Internet service. This property delivered on all 4 things. Beds were OK to good. Plenty of hot water in the shower and very little road noise even though there was construction on one side of the building.
