History & Drama in every visit, e.g. Hitler's actual Mercedes touring car, I think of 2 in the world.

They've done a really good job, not a glorification of war but straightforward information about what Canada has done. Very good static displays.

My boyfriend and I visited this museum in the summer. We absolutely loved it! It was nice and quiet for the most part, with random groups of school-aged kids roaming through once in awhile (only stopping for interactive displays and not reading anything).

There is so much content in this museum it is staggering - you may need more than one visit to appreciate it all. We were there for 3 or 4 hours and we probably should have given ourselves another two hours minimum to explore the museum. It is extremely thorough and goes through everything from Aboriginal history, how our country was formed, to all major wars including Iraq. The displays are interesting, and well put together, some of them interactive, some with videos etc. Highly recommend for anyone interested in military history - not recommended for kids (they might be bored).

I love this museum for its Le Breton Gallery, because I have a strong interest in WW2 and in armoured fighting vehicles. The museum is much more than that, however. I have visited the WW2 section of the museum at least four times now. One can easily spend an entire day here to take in all sections of the museum. The museum also receives very good temporary exhibits.
