Looking for authentic chinese food, then this is the place.
Good food, good service. Not a big restaurant, but nice all around.
Love the General Tao chicken...

This place dishes out authentic Chinese cuisine, most times I have gone there I have been one of the only non-Asian people there, to me this is a good sign! The servings are meant for sharing and the food is reasonably and well priced considering the portions they give you. Must try items are the pork dumplings, the hot and sour soup to start and the egg rolls! Must return soon! Have been here at least 7 times, every time is better than the last, have never had bad service- but the dim-sum is not fantastic at lunch- Somerset does this better...

Decor is older than my mother and chintzy to boot(disposable plastic tablecloths), but what it lacks in fashion it makes up for tenfold in flavour! Can't say the tables aren't clean either right?

I went with a group of friends (7 of us) on Sunday for Dim Sum lunch. The restaurant was small (about 12 tables) and cosy. We were there at 11am when the restaurant opened. The tables quickly filled up and by 11.30am, the restaurant was full. The dim sum was authentic, good quality and delicious! The food was reasonably priced too. The service was very good. The servers took turns pushing the food carts with different dim sum dishes. We did not have to wait for them, unlike in some of the bigger dim sum restaurants on Somerset.

There were several chinese families in the restaurant ordered a-la-carte and the dishes looked yummy and authentic!!! I will definitely go back again!!! And next time, I'm going to try their a-la-carte.

Haven't tried dim sum here yet, but they have a very nice selection of authentic Cantonese cusine attracting a largely Chinese clientele. "Night dishes", served after 8 PM, are something like tapas and are a way for a small party to order a varied menu cheaply. Overall prices are reasonable and food is high quality, though some dishes may not be quite as described. Also, lots of funky items (especially innards) which may not appeal to non-Cantonese, but at least they don't segregate these to a Chinese-only menu. Decor is average and don't expect intimacy as it is usually crowded. Service is accurate but brusque.
