My room was clean but nothing really special. Breakfast was good and the service was also good. I did not get a chance to try the pool or the bar but both looked decent. If you get a good price stay here you shouldn't be disappointed.

the Service was cordial, but they really do not show any enthusiasm about your stay. Additionally they apparently find it difficult to orchestrate a group of people for a weekend stay. We recently booked a group of rooms for a wedding. And of all people, you think they may have catered to us with a little more respect and compassion. But, hey, to them, we were just "another" guest. Fair enough. No one's money is better than someone else's. We booked a smoking room ... GREAT for us ... they gave us the cards / keys to the room ... at 1 AM , both keys refused to operate ... back to the lobby ... get the keys / cards fixed ... back to the room ... Non smoking room ... back to the lobby ... get a new room to suit our needs .... the daggers reflected to us from the registration desk personnel could have sliced the wedding cake ... fair enough , did I have a little too much to drink at the reception? ... perhaps , but definitely not enough to deserve poor service. My wife's issue with their service was the lack of coordination for the group. We had requested a list of all guests involved with the wedding prior .... the list was only half populated, and created difficulty and confusion for us.
So much for Service ... in general ..I would have liked them to appreciate the business we brought to them.... Note to management ... educate your staff to smile , and be enthusiastic that the customer is providing them employment .... poor to very poor for service.
Quality of the room itself ... Bed and pillows are very comfortable, and provide a decent nights sleep ...definitely clean through out. Amenities within the room suck. ... and I mean really sucks ... I was disappointed with the fact that the TV availability is what I consider local programming only ... with ZERO opportunity for PPV movie .. a cardboard listing of channels on the night stand does not constitute a menu of TV guide programming,... causing you to spend time flipping channels not knowing what will be on. .... definitely below average expectation for a room ...
In general , there are better places to stay within the local .. and until management educates their staff on customer appreciation, and realigns their policies to suit the customers needs, I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
In general, I am very, very disappointed with the level of overall service.. as titled ... it's just a job to them, and they don't care.

We booked a night at this motel and would not stay there again. The first room they put us in was terrible. Upon opening the door you were assaulted by a terrible smell. Turned on the lights and could see water stains all over a large part of the ceiling in one corner. But when we turned on the light in the bathroom it was obvious someone had used the toilet (#2) and it hadn't been flushed! That was enough to send us back to the desk. In all fairness they immediately transferred us into another clean room. However first impressions ARE lasting ones. The room was very noisy. When we were leaving in the morning, about 10 am, there was no one to be found in or around the front desk. Consequently we left our keys on the desk and did not manage to get a receipt for the room rental. Tried calling this hotel when we returned home to get a receipt sent out or e mailed and could not even get an answer on the phone. All in all would not recommend this place. They obviously don't really care about customer service or satisfaction.

Stayed here for a work conference, three nights.
The lobby, restaurant, pool, and conference facilities all seem very nice and well kept. I do wish the same could be said for the rooms, however.
First off, the carpet. Oh, dear, the carpet. It really needs a shampoo, or better yet a replacement. Don't make the mistake as I did, and do yoga in your room or else you will inhale a mouthful of grime.
The shower rod was hanging by a thread, and I only had hot water two of the three mornings. There was hair all over the bathroom when I checked in. And don't even think of looking behind the bed.
A little bit of effort to maintain the rooms, and this would be a comfortable and reliable location. The room service food (and service itself) exceeded expectations, and the internet connection was fast & thorough.

The staff was stretched as there was a large conference at the same time we were checking in. Our rooms had been booked several months in advance but we were told that the hotel was overbooked due to the conference. After some discussion, adequate rooms were found and once we checked in, everything was fine. Breakfast was the highlight, the wait staff were super and the choices covered by our breakfast coupons included the entire menu. Although I was apprehensive with such a large group staying, there were no disturbances or noise at night. I would recommend that the management find the funds to purchase new towels!
