The evening started with a Host bar with passed assorted hot Hors d’oeuvres which led to our four course dinner,
Starting with an appetizer of Tiger Shrimp Cocktail served with homemade cocktail sauce; Classic Caesar
Salad with romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, parmesan cheese, and bacon; our main course was a delicious Prime Rib au jus,
cooked to perfection and was ideal for our Christmas Dinner celebration; ending with Night & Day Pyramid Mousse cake
accompanied with freshly brewed Coffee/tea. All this with excellent service by professional staff member. The evening welcomed nearly 50 Skålleagues from our Hamilton club as well as a special guest from Winnipeg. The atmosphere was festive and a great evening was experienced by all who attended.
