We really enjoyed the Spoon and Fork in Mississauga.
After it closed this Spring, we tried the new Spoon and Fork Plus for a weekend brunch.
It was very busy with great food and service plus excellent Seniors prices.

Went back for lunch the day after labour day.
The place was nearly empty !
The selection, service and food were very good as usual, but the price was higher than we expected. Some young people arrived and quickly left after they were told the prices.

Suggestion: We don't eat raw fish, so maybe a lower price for those of us who don't partake of Japanese delicacies will bring the crowds back, or maybe a seniors discount.

Mixed feelings about this restaurant. The quality of the food is exceptional, the assortment is great and it is delicious. We are regulars and the menu is to our liking. The sushi is as fresh as you get and we always receive friendly warm service. i can see how some people might get bad service in large groups, but for my daughters Communion reception the service was exceptional. The only draw back is the all you can taste and ala carte selections. They do not allow both selections at the same table. I get the feeling that mamangement assumes the guests will eat from the all you can taste guest and get fleeced. i think its the wrong approach. Also there is very little discount for young children, so a family with kids will have a very expensive tab at the end of the night. So its not condusive for fsmilies with young kids. Two adults a 14 year old (adult) and a ten year old, no wine, two bottles of mineral water and 4 pops can expect a bill of $150 before a tip. So its expensive, but the assortment of food with he blending of Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Italian etc lends to a great meal of fusions and variety. But expensive

Here's the place to go if you are ready to tie on the food bag but with quality and style. The all-you-can- eat deal is really great since there's a tremendous selection of high quality food including garlic shrimp, sirloin steak, lamb chops, sushi, pastas and the list goes on. I especially enjoyed the coconut shrimp appetizer and ordered another round after tasting it and finding it as good as any I've ever had. The service was very efficient, friendly and helpful (they made recommendations) and I would certainly visit this eatery again on my next visit to Oakville.

We tried this restaurant because it was so close to our home and were pleasantly surprised.
We now go once a week and never tire of the food, atmosphere or service.
The food is always piping hot and the cold selection is always fresh and appealing.
The dining experience is second to none.
The concept is fabulous and you can try anything or everything on the menu for one low price.
Everything is presented so fabulously that you would swear you were in a very expensive five star restaurant in Toronto, paying 4 times the price.
The decor is very Californian and the manager, Christina Gill is extremely friendly and welcoming.
All in all, it is definitely a 5 star experience.

recently ate at this restaurant where we were taken by some local friends. We ended up ordering a la carte off that menu and were very impressed by the food. We ended up spending considerably less than the "all you can eat" buffet. Very lively atmosphere and would definitely recommend to anyone
