This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Unlike many hotels of this brand, it truly lived up to the name on the sign! A very friendly desk clerk welcomed us, explained everything we wanted to know about the hotel, and offered directions to neighbouring restaurants, shopping, etc. The hotel is very modern, with large comfortable rooms. It included one of the quietest air conditioning units I have ever encountered in a hotel (a big plus). Another huge plus, for lovers of the well-known Canadian coffee chain, is a Tim Hortons store right in the building. We did not use the in-house full-service restaurant, but it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with full bar service into the evening. Decor throughout the building was suitable to a much higher-cost property. The beds were extremely comfortable, with a varied selection of pillows of different firmness. The bathroom was both elegant and functional. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the Queen Elizabeth Way at Bronte Rd., yet very quiet because of thorough soundproofing. The building stands on a treed property next to Bronte Creek, a very attractive and peaceful location. WiFi was efficient and dependable, and free. All in all, this property was more than a match for the much-more-expensive accommodations around it!

The Quality Suites in Oakville really was a pleasant surprise...the separate bedroom was very spacious as was the living/kitchen area. The beds/pillows were comfortable and the separate bathroom was clean and up-to-date.

The front desk staff were very pleasant at check-in and check-out.

The indoor salt water pool, hot tub and sauna were small but provided a nice relaxing break from the usual.

The hotel is easily accessed from the main Highway and has a convenient Tim Horton's right next door.

Hotel appears recently updated -- paint/decor, especially sleeping rooms. Meeting space was standard, food standard, but pub on site (which was nice not to drive after long day)
About two miles north of Lake Ontario and nice dining/shopping district.

This is an excellent venue for a business meeting - centrally located for all of our staff. . The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even including a rather unusual request for our meeting room. The food: superb ... good variety, good taste, comfortable venue, excellent value for cost. Meeting room: comfortable for our 30 people, well set up. Everything we requested was provided - even the blankets for each participant for our Laughter Yoga session. Rooms - spacious and comfortable, very clean and look like they've been recently renovated. Lobby and check in - lobby looks like it has also been renovated and is a very comfortable area for waiting between sessions and also provides computer access. Check-in: simple, fast and with very pleasant front desk staff. All in all, it was an excellent venue and we would certainly consider it for a future event and highly recommend it to others for business or pleasure.
