Some of us had high expectations for this restaurant, since it was our second visit and they had done some interior remodeling in between. And while the interior is much improved - atmospherically - there remains a certain emptiness in the kitchen. For a Friday night it was remarkably quiet, but perhaps we were ahead of the "in-crowd". The roasted chicken breast and lamb tagine arrived promptly, but were small portions considering the price. The young adults had pasta and pizza and were satisfied but un-amazed. Sangria at $10 a glass and juice for the kids at $4.50 per seems a bit steep as well. The service was average and we passed on dessert since we had a birthday cake waiting for us at home. Not remarkable enough for a third try.
