Staying at Queens Landing and decided to try The Tiara restaurant. We had Matt taking care of us. He was very knowledgeable of the dishes and answered all of our questions. I had the sea scallops appetizer which had two large sea scallops seared perfectly and with the corn and garlic sauce, they were delicious. My husband had the bucatta with arugula, which was also very good. For my main entree, I had the squid ink linguine with crab, lobster, mussels and artichokes. Excellent! My partner had the beef tenderloin with the bone marrow mashed potatoes. An excellent choice. For dessert we had the coconut cake with peach compote and the brownie tower. Both choices were very good but we both preferred the coconut cake with the peaches.
Comparing this restaurant with Langdon Hall in Cambridge, we both found the quality and portion size better at the Tiara.
Queens Landing has a package dinner deal for their guests, $62 for an entree, appetizer, and dessert per person.

We celebrated our 9th anniversary at Tiara, and had an excellent time. Rudy and Ben were taking care of us, and we have to say that this was the best and most personable service we have received at a fine dining restaurant. Rudy offered to photograph us so many times so we can keep the evening as a wonderful memory, it's almost as if he knew I love photographing certain moments! Ben was also delightful and they both offered great service! The ambiance in this restaurant is lovely, and since we stayed here overnight and had breakfast at Tiara as well, it is incredible to see the transformation between night and day at this restaurant.

We had the arancini to start which was lovely, but it came with a tomato jam which was too sweet. Would have loved to see a tomato basil sauce instead, since the arancini was lovely and had excellent pesto and mozzarella inside. Also the peach butter that came with the bread was interesting, but the hummus and balsamic dip were not so tasty. The bread also was not fresh, and looked store bought which was disappointing at a restaurant as higher end as this, but not a deal breaker. Something they should address though.
Our mains were wonderful, the beef tenderloin with lobster, the steak was cooked to perfection, and our sides were lovely as well, however the lobster did taste a little frozen, which was unfortunate. However, the steak made up for it, as well as the excellent service. The wine list is extensive and a little on the higher end of price, but there are nice options for half liters that are more affordable. The San Pe is 10$ a bottle, so just a heads up, we had 3 bottles so we learned that the hard way.
For dessert we had the marshmallow creme brulee, which was absolutely to die for! Probably one of the best dessets I've had. Overall, would love to return here, it really is a special restaurant, the staff here are excellent!
Would definitely recommend Tiara for a special occasion dinner.
