Welcome was lovely, tour of property explaining how the house worked, made is feel at home. We enjoyed our time. We loved the location, close to Queens St, and the common leading to Fort George. Make sure you have a good appetite for breakfast, it set us up for the day.
I hope we will be able to get back soon.

My husband and I just stayed at Brockamour during our first vacation without kids and to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary. We could not have been more impressed by the area and more specifically by the amazing hospitality of Rick and Colleen, owners of Brockamour Manor. What a relaxing, romantic place to get away from it all. Rick and Colleen think of every last detail to make your stay perfect. And don't get us started on the 4 course homemade breakfast!! Incredible. We highly recommend this lovely B&B for your next romantic getaway!

My husband and I just returned from a 3-night stay at Brockamour Manor. The grounds and home (which dates back to 1809 & is the only building in the area to have survived the town's fires in 1812) are clean and well-kept, and you the pride of ownership is evident in the proprietors, Rick and Colleen. The breakfast offerings are top-notch; one starts each morning with a 4-course homemade breakfast: fresh fruit parfaits; scones and croissants; pancakes, eggs benedict, ham and pepper frittata; apple crisp, sherbet pie, baked bananas. Each day was different, but each was delicious. The rooms were well-appointed. We stayed in Cousin Amelia's room, though I had the opportunity to walk through all but one of the other rooms. Each has its own bathroom, and each was large enough not to feel cramped. My only criticisms are that the bed was a bit firm for my preferences (though I've certainly slept on firmer) and I could hear the neighbors when they came in late at night; the floors are a bit creaky as the house is so old. Rick was very knowledgable about the area and the home, but he didn't press the information on people if they didn't want to hear it (but if you have the time, definitely listen- it's fascinating!) Colleen makes the breakfast and helped us book our wine-tasting tour.

If you don't mind walking, the home is within walking distance from the town center (though the distance was more than my husband and I cared to walk) where there is a large shopping district, theater houses, historic sites, horse-drawn carriage rides, and several dining options. The home is also very close to a quite vast selection of local wineries. We did a tour through Grape Escapes who shuttled us around, picking up and dropping off right at our B&B (and which the proprietors scheduled for us and conveniently added the cost right into our bill.)

Niagara-on-the-Lake was only about a 20 minute drive to the Falls, too, if that is part of your itinerary.

Overall, I'm thrilled that we chose to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake as it was a clean, quiet, quaint town (at least, it was in April; they say that there is a HUGE mass of tourism in the summer) steeped in history, but close enough to other attractions that one might choose to do, and particularly that we chose to stay at Brockamour Manor. I'd confidently recommend to others. These people get it right!

Room Tip: All rooms are reasonably spacious with their own bathroom. The Loft has 2 king size beds.

It was my husband and my first time staying at a B&B and we had a great experience at the Brockamour Manor. The rooms are large & clean, the hospitality is friendly & informative, the breakfast is delicious, and you can't beat the location! It's located across the road from the Pillar & Post if you want to stay overnight after a wedding, and just a short walk to downtown & lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular is what comes to mind when describing the Brockamour Manor and the proprietors.
My husband and myself needed a 4 day get away Apr.5-8th. The Brockamour was the perfect choice.
Rick and Colleen were beyond gracious. The location is perfect, a short walk to town or a short drive to wine country. The breakfasts were fabulous! We will most definitely stay here again and again..The Brockamour is our new favorite place in Niagara on the lake.

Room Tip: Loved the Sir Isaac's Brocks room. Spacious and a beautiful bathroom.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Brockamour for the second time. The first was back in November, and now again in March. This B&B is a gem. The location is perfect - a great walk to the main strip. Colleen and Rick are wonderful hosts. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. We will definately be staying here again. The first time we stayed in Sir Isaac's Brocks chamber - the jacuzzi was awesome and the bed is very comfortable!
The second time we stayed in Lady Sophia's room - and it was just perfect. We would definately stay in either room again. Book early if you want the Sir Isaac's Brock room.
Can't wait for our next trip to Niagara!
Thank you Colleen & Rick!
