My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend we spent at Highgrove with Mike and Bruce, our two kind and gracious hosts. The weather was pretty awful all weekend, but the coziness of this B & B made it almost unnoticeable. Even though we didn't have a car, our hosts were very generous, removing the need for one. We were lent bikes one of the days to forge through strong gusts of rain and snow and tour a couple of the wineries. Bruce even gave us a ride/tour to the Niagara Falls bus depot on the last day! The food both mornings was awesome. The eggs benedict the second morning was particularly memorable. We're liable to become repeat customers here!

This was my first time at a B&B and let me tell you that Michael and Bruce (hosts) really set the bar high! The house and grounds are lovely, the hosts friendly and helpful (with advice and coupons), the LARGE breakfasts are delicious, and Queen Street is just a short walk away. Perfect!

We were very pleased with the Highgrove. We've stayed in a lot of B&B's, and this rates high on the list. And it was reasonable priced, compared to others we looked at in the area.

A good quiet location - probably a ten minute walk to the center of town. This was our first time to Niagara-On-The-Lake. We really enjoyed our visit. We took in a musical at the Shaw and visited a number of wineries.

We stayed in the King Suite - nice size, good bath, and a separate sitting area. Breakfast was wonderful and our hosts were great.

We'll definitely return to Niagara-On-The-Lake one day, and will look forward to staying at the Highgrove again.

We had a great time! The breakfasts were terrific. The price was right and the location was perfect. Quiet, but close enough to walk downtown.

Our hosts where just exemplary. This well decorated and comfortable oasis soothed both body and soul. Our private suite was warm quiet and comfortable as the fireplace gently set us at ease. Breakfast came first with polite requests for tea, coffee and service time the night before. It also came with fun conversation and a humourous fruit starter (I leave this for you to discover) and a delicious pomme-de-something plum filled what-not waffle toast thing - the exact construction remaining a secret. No word of a lie we felt like royalty as the Blue Danube began to play as my wife and I step on the landing on our way downstairs...orchestrated perfection? I would say yes....and recommend highly.
