Isabelle Parliament is a charming & informative host., the breakfasts are first rate, varied & always incorporating fresh local produce. The accommodations are comfortable, always clean & well supplied. Isabelle is up-to-date on restaurants & activities in town. Parliament Cottage is always a first choice if there is a room free on the dates I require.

This B&B is walking distance from the playhouses. It has a wonderful ambiance with a lovely backyard to sit and drink your morning coffee. Isabelle is a wealth of information for the area (as well as a great cook!!) and the morning talks are invigorating! We always enjoy our mini vacation here.

I took my mother to NOTL for a Shaw Festival showing (which she loved!), and I thought that no overnight stay there would be complete without a local B&B. Parliament was rated very high on Trip Advisor, and I can certainly see why. Its owner was a lovely lady who was full of enthusiasm, charm and local knowledge. Her establishment was incredibly clean, comfortable and elegantly appointed. The service was just fantastic and included the "little touches" that mean a lot, especially to an older women (my mother), e.g. silver serving set for water in the room, wonderful assortment of fiction and non-fiction in the room library, big fluffy pillows, etc. The breakfast was inspired and well worth the visit on its own: fresh, local and yummy. I think we were probably quite lucky with the quality of our guest mates, because the conversation was relaxed and enjoyable, and was made all the better by a considerate owner-hostess. Highly recommended to anyone, particularly if you're looking for a place right in the heart of the town. A+ all the way!

I had the single room upstairs and loved it-perfect in details. My friends took the other rooms and and all of us had quiet comfortable evenings. Breakfasts excell- they are 5 star. I was able to walk downtown in minutes and Isabelle, our hostess provided all the info needed . She is a true B and B hostess. Professional and caring. Most pleasant was spending time in the spacious and beautiful garden(my friend refers to it as the park) or ending our evenings in the living room, reading and chatting about the day. I look forward to returning!

As a group of 5 we had a fabulous time at Parliament Cottage where we had the upper floor with 2 rooms, able to sleep 5 and access to the beautiful garden and outdoors. It is so centrally located that we walked through the residential area and then into town on a few occasions. Isabelle takes great pride in her cottage and it is reflected in the lovely rooms and the care she takes to prepare a beautiful breakfast with all the lovely touches. This is my second visit to the cottage and I will return again. Thanks Isabelle.

If you are looking for a room comparable to the run of the mill hotel room, then get a hotel room. If you are looking for a place to relax after a day of touring, this is the place. It is a great value for the money when you consider you have more than just a room....you have a comfortable living room to read or play games. A dining room or a beautiful back yard to bring back a bottle of wine and relax. The hospitality is wonderful. There are bikes to ride and the location is just a couple blocks from the middle of town. Did I mention the breakfast is to die for?
