We took a family vacation to see Niagra Falls but opted not to stay near the falls. This hotel was perfect! We knew we were about 15 minutes from the falls but did not realize we were also 15 minutes from the lovely little town of Niagara on the Lake. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The printer in the business center was not working and the front desk agent was very helpful in printing up tickets for us. We did not eat in the hotel however they seemed busy for breakfast. The grounds are nicely landscaped and they have a small outdoor area with tables and chairs to relax. The hotel is located right off the interstate which was extremely convenient. The new outlet center was very close and if you are a wine lover this is the place to be. The area is rich with vinyards.

We recently stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn during a weekend visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake and an intended side trip to IKEA at Burlington toward Toronto. Unfortunately, a major accident on the main bridge between the Hilton and IKEA locations knocked out the second trip. As an alternative, there was a new mall and good restaurants nearby (Play at White Oaks and Trius Winery). The hotel was comfortable in a practical way and, although pricey, the breakfast offerings were a step up in quality. However, the staff did not seem to have any suggestions about how to get around the accident - even 24-36 hours after it occurred - which left us dependent on local TV stations for updates. Sort of disappointing for people who provide lodging and amenities for travelers...

This is the first time we stayed at the Hilton garden inn, and this was a wonderful experience. The employees at check in were friendly and informative. We also ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was fresh and good. The waitress for dinner was great and friendly. The breakfast was called buffet but your eggs were made fresh any way you liked including omlettes and they cakes out quickly while you waited. The server we had for breakfast was not as friendly but really just brought our drinks. The room was spacious and comfortable. The adjustable beds were very nice. Rooms were also sound proof didn't hear anything or the quests were that quiet. And it was a nice quick scenic ride to the shops at Niagara on the lake.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and note that some lobby and restaurant renovations have taken place recently. This is a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Provided any Wedding Celebrations don't get noisy. The pool is small but clean and the cooked breakfast in the morning was good.

This hotel is only a few minutes away from the new Outlet Collection at Niagara and about a 10-15 minute drive to the Falls. If you are looking for a quiet stay away from the hotels near the Falls that provides great access to nearby shopping, then this is the spot for you. Rooms are in line with what you would expect from a Hilton Garden-Inn, clean and comfortable.

This is a fine place to stay if you are planning to see plays at Niagara on the Lake. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to the center of NOTL. It has a nice pool and hot tub, a good fitness center, the rooms are large enough and comfortable. The breakfasts are generous and delicious.

The location is about halfway between the falls and the historical attractions on Lake Ontario. Our GPS has the latest updated maps. There is a small discrepancy in the directions that had us drive past it, but this was minor. This is a newer building. The parking and landscaping are nicely done. As you walk into the open reception atrium on the right, you are greeted by a welcoming beverage table. In the morning, it offers coffee. In the afternoon and evening, it has ice water flavored with fresh fruit. The decor in the rooms and public areas were well appointed. There were 3 of us using 2 rooms with single king size beds. There was free Wi-Fi and computer hookups in the rooms. For an extra fee, we ate the breakfasts in the attached restaurant. Besides a well prepared buffet style service, a chef prepared omelets and other requests to order. Both the food and the service was excellent. Regretfully, we were too busy to try the indoor pool. The staff was friendly. We highly recommend this oasis away from the frenzy of the falls area.
