We decided to take a weekend off and this was the perfect place. A cozy and inviting house. It has been lovingly renovated by the Hostess. You will feel at home the minute you walk in. The place is minutes away from the "downtown" niagara on the lake. In the morning you will wake up to delicious scents coming from the kitchen. Breakfast starts your day just right and the company(hostess) is great as well. I couldn't be happier with my stay over at the Manor.

Room Tip: Book early as this place is full for most important dates.

This is a lovely place to stay. Vicky makes you feel welcome from arrival to departure, providing delightful, comfortable lodgings and mouth-watering breakfasts in between. The house is a wonderful balance of historical charm and modern conveniences. The location is quiet, and close to NOTL's attractions. I can only echo other people's comments. It really is a splendid B&B.

Experience the Royal Welcome at Royal Manor Bed & Breakfast. Your host, Vicky Downes, is by far the best B &B hostess. From the moment we got out of the car till we left several days later we felt like we were her 'royal guests.'
Prior to the play we fixed cocktails (that we brought with us) in the great room. Vicky joined us for a few minutes with glass of wine.

Breakfast each morning was 'fit for king and queen.'

Room Tip: Navy Hall Suite (since my husband is retired USN)

The royal Manor is a great place to stay. But while the B&B is wonderful physically it is really Vicky that makes it the best B&B we've ever stayed in. We stayed here 5 times both for regattas and the Shaw. You can't do better!
