“Loved Petticoats Boots and Muskats! Excellent Refreshments, too!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 26, 2013

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to see Petticoats, Boots and Muskets which was a live caberet that gave us a look into life during the War of 1812. It was truly a delight in every way...good singing, musicianship, acting and humor.

Tickets were only $15 and the price included homemade cookies, lemonade, water plus entrance fee to the Museum.

We enjoyed the show outdoors under a tent so we were very comfortable. The actors engage the audience in a fun but not cloying way.

“Nice small museum”

Good overview of the history of the Niagara area. Very informative exhibits, with artifacts from the colonial period and nice insights into Canada's role in the abolition of slavery.

“Doing their best”

The collection is scanty but well maintained. Not much to see. Best part was walking down the picturesque street to this little museum.
