Stayed in a two bedroom villa with another couple. The space was ideal, good size and very nice finishings. The location was also great, we've been going up to NOTL for years and didn't even know this existed since the rooms are nestled into the town landscape. I would recommend this place for sure.

We stayed for a night in March. This hotel is different. The rooms are configured in different buildings, above stores, and full buildings with 'villas'. Our room was 100 and was absolutely beautiful. Fireplace, sitting area, kitchenette, king bed. There is no bathtub in this room. The only complaint that was significant to us was the three windows in the room. Only the center window had black out curtains. The two other windows had white California shutters. The room was extremely bright from the street lights and the daylight first thing in the morning. They should get black out curtains for all the windows. Other than that it was fantastic.
If you have mobile issues request a room without stairs. There are steep stairs to get to rooms 100,101. Not sure about the other rooms.

We were with a group of 5 couples that stayed at this lovely property for the weekend.
They have a wonderful 5 bedroom/5 bathroom unit so that we could all be together.
2 Full kitchens and 2 living rooms. Very well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms with L'Occitane toiletries. Very spacious, modern and comfortable.
Cozy bathrobes were enjoyed by all!
Service was excellent. We were welcomed by the lovely Lisa on arrival and escorted to our rooms. She assisted with carrying in all our stuff and explaining everything we needed to know about our stay.
Location, location, location - we could walk to everything - it was perfect
Highly recommend 124 on Queen!

Do yourself a favour - stay here. This place is fantastic. Don't stay in touristy Niagara Falls, come and see Niagara on the Lake and stay here. It's only a short 30 min drive to see the falls, so you can tick that off your list and then enjoy a few days in this absolutely beautiful part of the world.
Wineries (and these guys will drop you off and pick you up for no charge), a brewery, quaint pubs and gorgeous mansions to ogle. Not to mention excellent boutiques and cute restaurants.
But the main attraction is this hotel. The staff are top notch, caring and thoughtful. I injured my knee at one of the local restaurants and the staff at the hotel couldn't have cared for me better. Turns out I had torn my meniscus - ouch - but at the time we didn't know but they organised transport and tried their best to make things easier for me. The rooms themselves are gorgeous, and have everything you could need in them, along with some lovely extra surprises.
If only we didn't live on the other side of the world, we would be back with all our friends!!!

My husband got the Explore Your Senses package as a Xmas present, so we went this weekend and it was well worth it! We would go to the hotel and spa again.

The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and casually professional! The "Casual Professional", is meant in a complimentary way, as we don't like pretensions and stuffiness. The hotel room was quiet (even though we were close to the elevators), and very clean! The location is very convenient! We would stay here again!

Our package included (choices we picked):
1) 60 mins Couples Massage: We were in the same room, and had a very relaxing massage (it is a noted, not a deep tissue or target muscle/tissue massage), which we nearly fell asleep! The spa facilities are very clean, and feels contemporary and relaxing.

2) a winery tour at Jackson Triggs: This was a fun tour to learn about the wine making, and we both really enjoyed tasting the wine! Bonus is that we got shuttled to and from the winery from the hotel! No drinking and driving!

3) a dinner at Treadwell: With 2 other great choices, we decided to pick this particular choice! The food was really amazing. The staff was very nice and professional. We thought since we were from a "package", and not regular patrons, our menu and maybe service might be "different". But to our surprise, we got to pick from the full range of the dinner menu, and every dish was heaven, and we were treated just as well.

Room Tip: from another's TA tip, I asked 4 a quiet RM. Our RM was off the courtyard, not Queen St, near the elevator but our room was very quiet!
