My family enjoyed our stay tremendously at the Victorian Villas in mid June 2013. The villas are new, beautifully-designed, fitted with high quality amenities & furnishings, & equipped with everything one can ever need (even for hosting parties/guests). Truly a home away from home, one just needs to bring along a suitcase of clothes & nothing else!

Everything was top notch, from initial contact to asking for information & prices, the reservation process, the checking-in, interaction with the staffs during our stay & finally on our departure day. And the housekeeping team is also doing a fantastic job. The villas are still very new & spotless, it was as if they had just opened but in actual fact, they have been in business for more than a year.

Besides, the location of these villas cannot be more perfect. They're right on the main street (Queen Street) in Niagara-on-the-Lake where all the shops & most restaurants are. They have 2 locations, one on Queen Street & another on King Street which is just a stone's throw away. We were staying in their Queen Street premise where the reception is & got a unit directly above Starbucks. And there is a supermarket right next door. Parking & wifi are complementary too. How convenient!

The staffs are warm & friendly, one can see that they love their work & are very passionate & proud of it. It was as if they were opening up their own homes to welcome guests who are their friends! Special thanks to Debbie, Megan & Corey, especially Debbie whom we came into contact with the most during our stay. Each time we popped by to get some hot drinks from the machine at the reception, we would have a really nice chat with her & she would even pass us some bottled water to put into our car for our day trips out of Niagara-on-the-Lake. And thank you so much Debbie & Corey for the upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, we really appreciate the extra space & bathroom! My children loved the house so much that they wanted to stay on forever. Wish we can import the whole house back! We miss the villas from the very minute we left. It's a pity that we live far away in South-east Asia, we wish that we can be nearer to visit them more often. Nevertheless, we'll definitely try to return as much & as soon as possible! Maybe we should go to the nearby Niagara Falls casinos to try our luck for some lucky windfall to help fulfill our wish! Hope the management can give additional discounts to
satisfied repeat customers too :) Looking forward impatiently to our next visit...

We stayed at the Victorian Villas at the end of June 2013. The two bedroom two bathroom suite was spotless and beautiful. The beds were so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! I had read the prior reviews about the construction. There were some job trailors in the parking lot when we arrived. However the construction was inside another facility and there was no noise, rather it was quiet and peaceful. You don't have to get into your car after you arrive. The theatre, restaurants, shops are all within walking distance. We will be back most definitely!

Room Tip: We stayed in a suite below another and we heard no noise.

We got a 1 night package for 4 women on a bachelorette weekend. The 2 bedroom villa was spacious and immaculate. The service was fantastic - including a van ride to a brewery for a tasting, and again to dinner. We loved the included tasting dinner at Peller Estates. All around a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Victorian Villas in June 2013. The facility is beautiful. Our ONLY complaint was the constant construction noise...all day everyday for the week we were there. I am hopeful that the next time we go there won't be construction. To counter our disappointment with the noise...the staff were WONDERFUL, the suite sparkling clean and the Villa is so well located that everywhere we wanted to go was easy to get to. The wineries were fun to visit. Reif, Pelliteri, Truis and Colenari had the best wines and provided the most information regarding the wine making process and history. We would definitely come back again and stay at VVBS!

Dear “trmickey”, thank you for taking the time to post this review of your recent stay. Construction is now complete on the exterior of the building. We can assure you that with the new addition of guest rooms, roof top patio, conference room, retail space as well as Treadwell Farm-to-Table Cuisine, your next visit will be filled with new amenities to enjoy! I am glad to hear that you took advantage of being in wine country for the week, touring and tasting at many different wineries. It sure is interesting to hear about the wine making process, and all the history behind the land. It sure is nice to be steps away from the main street! We look forward to welcoming you back for another week in the future.

We've stayed in many places in Niagara but this by far was the best experience we've had! When shown our room we saw a bottle of wine and gift certificate for the spa to welcome us. Such special attention it really made our time special. The rooms were crisp, modern and welcoming. We look forward to our next stay soon!
