We had an excellent experience with this wonderful cheese shop, just off the main drag in NOTL. They helped us pick out some great choices of cheese, meat and bread, along with some fruits and nuts. The staff was very knowledgeable, and the selection was quite good, with many harder to find Quebec and maritime province cheeses. Highly recommend if staying at one of the nearby hotels as an alternative "grab-and-go" dinner. The Tiger Blue was the pick of the bunch. We will be back again!!!

Love this little place.. great place to stop and pick up some Cheese and other items for a quick snack for a picnic. Love having this place here.. the staff is very helpful and you can even taste the cheese before buying it. I love this place and always stop in when we are here as everything is so fresh and the staff is great. I suggest stopping here to pick up a light snack and enjoy with friends or your honey for a little date.

We stopped in to pick up some cheese and charcuterie to take back to our room. Nice shop, but it seemed like the two people working there were sitting back waiting for the customer to tell them what they wanted as opposed to offering samples and talking about what they had to offer.

Decent cheese selection, but the charcuterie left a lot to be desired. Mostly varieties of salami.

I think this shop could be a whole lot more if the people working there took a more proactive approach to waiting on their customers.

Here is something "different" to do, if you are a foodie....or even if you are not.......

Make an appointment to have a lesson on olive oil and balsamic vinegar........Colleen, the owner is just great and gives you lots of information as you try the products. She is very modest and says that her husband is even better at giving the "course" than she is......

When you are finished, you can purchase some oil or vinegar or cheese (or all three) in the shop as all but $5. of the fee for the lesson is returned to you in gift certificates to use in the shop!!
