Lovely Gardens. Fabulous Hotel AMENITIES. Great Location, took us no time to get to all our destinations, the falls, Port Dalhousie Beach, Niagara on the lake and US Border Room could have been cleaned better. Bathroom sink was slightly clogged. Took awhile for water to drain.Bathtub very small, shower curtan shared your shower with you Very limited TV stations. Should provide satellite. They never asked if we enjoyed our stay when checking out!! (No biggie) but travel alot and this was a 1st!!!!

Overall nice place.

Room Tip: Ask for Renovated room not all rooms are. There are also rooms with balconies.

Checkin was easy and asked for an upgrade - only $20 got us on the 4th floor - club floor in a well appointed King room overlooking their beautiful garden area.
We took some time to walk around the garden, with a fish pond and really enjoyed the well kept grounds.
Dinner on the outdoor second floor patio was delicious, not too expensive and great service by Katelyn. Interesting food selections and presentation as well.
This resort has an amazing array of various racquet sports and a couple of ping pong tables. We asked about the getting a couple of paddles and balls and were told that that facility was closed due to the Holiday on Aug. Civic weekend. We were a little dissappointed, however a few minutes later, one of their staff appeared with paddles and balls so we could play.
Very quiet resort and very evident that Customer Service is a clear priority. Every staff member we encountered from the checkin (Kim) to the housecleaning staff, dining staff, checkout (Michael) were genuinely friendly and engaging. Loved the beautiful fresh flowers everywhere!!
We would definitely consider staying at this resort again as it is easy access to the QEW and local golf courses as well as the border and falls.

Room Tip: The garden area is spectacular, so well worth asking for a room that has a view of this area.

Excelent Service, good food and very nice facilities. They have a fitness cllub including indoor tennis, in door pool, and also a beautiful spa. Very well located, close to the main attracions in QEW. If you rent a car it is very easy to get around. We fully recommend this place on Niagara region. IF you stay here we recommend to visit Queen Street in Niagara on the lake. It is a beuatiful little town with small and cute restaurants, shopping and art galleries.

I should start by saying we did get upgraded to a tower room as we were on our honeymoon which I really appreciate. Maybe if we had the regular room we would have been less thrilled??
But we were thrilled with the room that we had. It was lovely, clean and very large.
We had room service twice. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful, very nice staff.
We had a very quiet, very private stay which was ideal. I never heard a peep from the hallway.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
It was nice to be able to visit the Falls briefly but not be in that area.
We visited the Peller Estates Winery which was lovely too.

We would love to return each year for our anniversary (with an upgraded room)!

Room Tip: Go for a tower room!

Good custumer service, clean, near highway so easy to go anywhere: Niagara on the Lake for shopping, the falls, the winerys, golf courses. Nice gardens, good food at the bar, nice choice of canadian wines. We did not try the spa's facilities. A place to go. F and MC, Gatineau, Quebec.

We stayed at the White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa for three nights while visiting the Niagara Falls area. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the Niagara tourist areas, and it's conveniently located close to the exit ramps to the main highway, Queen Elizabeth Way, but not so close that there's any noise from the traffic. The staff members are incredibly helpful and friendly. When we pulled up to the hotel, it looked somewhat like an apartment complex, rather than an upscale resort. However, the inside of the hotel is well kept and modern. The room we had was larger than I expected. It was a room with two doubles, and we had plenty of space to move around. The bedding was upgraded and plush, and everything was clean and in excellent condition. The room had a flat panel LCD TV with lots of cable channels, and there was even a small flat panel TV in the bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel because we got a great deal off of Expedia. The Internet reviews seem to be quite good for the hotel restaurant, but we didn't have any meals there because the prices were a bit steep, and we went to restaurants around the Falls area to be in the thick of things. While this is a relatively small property, and not on the level of a first class Hilton/Sheraton or similar hotels, I would consider this to be a somewhat upscale hotel. Definitely closer to a Hilton than a Hampton Inn. It was a good and convenient location away from the hustle and bustle of the Niagara Falls area, and we had a comfortable, clean stay.

Fantastic hotel - excellent rooms - clean, ample space, very quiet, well appointed. Excellent Staff - courteous, REALLY tuned in to genuine, top-notch customer service/care. Grounds are BEAUTIFUL and a treat to walk around and marvel over. Excellent food and dining service. We couldn't believe it - we regularly hotel in downtown Edmonton (for work) so naturally EXPECTED this 5-star resort in NOL to be uber-expensive - NOT SO! Our room rate was LESS than staying in downtown Edmonton, our dining experiences cost LESS (even including a few drinks with the meal!) - AND the SERVICE was OUTSTANDING (you could definitely give other hotel chains lessons on customer service!) Thank-you for giving us EXCELLENT VALUE for our money - we would not hesitate to recommend OR to come back!! The only thing I would change if it was possible would be the level of air conditioning - it's set TOO cold for prolonged comfort if you are working/attending sessions in the building - I couldn't comfortably wear my little summery dresses through out the day/eve - had to have a shawl wrapped around my legs and a light jacket on to keep from getting too cold. But hey, I had some long pants and a couple of little sweaters packed, so it was all good:)
