We decided to go away for some R&R with friends of ours, what a beautiful hotel!! The staff was really nice and impressed us more then just a few times over our stay. The highlight of our visit was our celebration dinner in the Tiara Restaurant, it was better then our favorite restaurant in TO! Before leaving we had the Sunday brunch and went on the trolley wine tour, we really couldn't imagine how it could have been any better!!

We had a truly wonderful honeymoon in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Queen's Landing was a huge part of that. It is a beautiful hotel, we felt very pampered. Lovely, large room with a king size bed, huge bathroom and a welcoming box of jams congratulating us on our wedding. We had a leisurely evening meal in the dining room. The food was incredibly good. The service was great from check in to check out, our room was kept clean, room service very prompt. We loved the location away from the main strip, close enough to walk to but far enough away from the crowds. They packed us a picnic lunch one day, and we used their bicycles for a self guided little winery tour. The memories will last forever. We will be coming back for an anniversary weekend soon!

We have never stayed in the NOTL area so we decided to go that route this year for a vacation. We decided on the Queen's Landing for many reasons, and we are happy with our decision.

We were welcomed in to the hotel by Kurt and he quickly brought us up to speed on what was happening. We asked a few questions about dinner and winery tours and went up to our room. The room is spacious well laid out and the bed and furnishings were clean and comfortable. A rose for the turn down service was a nice touch and my wife really appreciated it.

The staff there are wonderful. On our second night, we forgot our camera at one of the local restaurants and my wife went to the front desk to contact them. Upon hearing that the restaurant had our camera, Miguel at the front desk, offered to go and pick it up and deliver it to our room, which he promptly did. Arthur and Gerardo in the Tiara room were fantastic and waited on us hand and foot.

Wonderful, quiet and comfortable and a great location. We will go back there on our next visit to NOTL.

I went to this hotel for a one week course. They put me on the first floor right over the Grand Ballroom... where they were having a wedding reception. You could feel the floor vibrating and the music was so loud it was like the reception was in my room. (It wasn't just the muffled sound of a bass, it was loud enough that you knew all the songs that were played). Since, the entire floor was full of students taking the one week course they received many complaints. The front desk was rude and wouldn't do anything. I thought the whole point of getting a hotel room was to get some rest. It probably wouldn' t have been so bad, if we didn't have to wake up at 7:00 the next morning for breakfast.
They also are the type of place that rinses out the glasses in the bathroom sink instead of bringing new fresh glasses.... and sometimes they don't even do that... (You can tell because the paper coasters become wrinkled as the glasses dry).
Bathtubs are not cleaned out so if you like showering in standing water than this is the place for you.
Food is supposed to be good... but it was less than average.... and stop serving chicken and mash potatoes for every meal!!!
Front desk staff don't seem to know the area well... which is strange since the area isn't that big...
Would be okay if it had cost $100 instead of $260... Not the worst hotel that I have stayed in but I've stayed at some in the $100 to $200 range that were much cleaner and staff was much nicer...

We stayed for one weekend at the end of June...overall it was okay ....no obvious problems with our stay but I'd say i was let down a bit...the hotel is pretty, room was nice, but not spectacular and a little small. Especially for the price you pay...we didn't try the restaurants b/c we wanted something a bit more casual but they looked nice -- and empty. Niagara on the lake is okay for about half a day, then it's a bit boring...we took a walk on the waterfront which was nice too...would recommend i guess but woudl warn about the cost. Hotel staff a bit snobby too...I swear the one we spoke with put on an english accent -- funny actually.
