A generally excellent hotel, I was mainly used to for convention, comes to a new life under Xmas, becoming almost a quaint boutique hotel, we enjoyed the suite we got, quiet, good bedding (even if a tad too soft) and the incredibly good catered buffet for our group. Everything from appetizer to dessert was to die for. Good gym and spa, convenient restaurant and bar if you do not want to leave the place (but why not, it is just a few blocks from downtown and even offers a shuttle on demand). I was not too pleased by the breakfast buffet, our service was inconsistent and the choices of food very basic.

Queens' Landing hosted our conference (160 delegates) in November 2015 and the service that we all received there was top notch. I must highlight that planning the event went a lot smoother than I had anticipated in the end. The rooms were all pre-arranged and changed between sessions contingent on the group sizes for breakout sessions. They were very efficient in that regard. I have been to many conferences and planning in the past but their attention to detail is what sets them apart from other hotels. Peggy Cernick (conference service manager) was certainly a key piece to helping plan and organize the event from dinner details to rooming details and preferences for individual guests. Also the breakfast there was amazing, I ordered breakfast in on my first morning and literally was delivered to my room within 10 minutes, exceptional stuff. The breakfast buffet in the morning had great variety for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike along with many of fruit options. Overall, an outstanding weekend and would recommend it for any conference as they will definitely meet and exceed your expectations down to the final details.

I have organized several conferences at Queen's Landing over the years, the most recent being November 13 & 14, 2015. Each conference has been very successful thanks in large part to the conference team at QL. The staff are truly excellent and make sure everything is organized right down to the smallest details. Marina Morrison (Conference Services Manager) and Paul Kurek (Conference Operations Manager) both stood out as being very helpful during both planning and execution. They are a pleasure to work with! The location itself is beautiful, the meeting rooms and bedrooms are very nicely appointed. Finally, the conference food was excellent, every effort was made to accommodate various dietary restrictions of a large group and all meals were delicious. I highly recommend the Queen's Landing for conferences and meetings.

We just got married at The Queen's Landing last weekend, and it was the best day of our lives! We did everything at this location: rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception, all our photos, staying the night in the hotel, and more. It really is a perfect venue if you don't want to worry about transportation on your wedding day, because they accommodate everything. When you plan your wedding here, you get matched with a planner, and we got Tiffany Sacco, the greatest woman who ever lived. She was SO on top of her game and made the day stress-free and easy. She was ready to answer all our questions and she exceeded all of our expectations. We loved her!
And the food...oh the food...the food is to die for. I don't know who their chef is, but he/she deserves a raise. Best food we've ever eaten in our lives.
When we got back to our room after such a long and busy day, there was a surprise bottle of champagne waiting for us, and a fresh rose on the bed. We turned on the fireplace and felt like royalty! I definitely recommend getting married here.
