We had such a wonderful time!!! It's a lovely place with lots of great photo ops for the wedding. When, as Maid of Honour, I had some last-minute AV equipment issues, the staff were incredibly helpful and got everything sorted out! It is really pricey, though.

What a beautiful hotel. Room was clean & spacious. Location of hotel was great too- easy to walk everywhere for dinner & drinks or the theatre or even the lake. Also a short trip to the local wineries. Enjoyed some drinks at the bar downstairs as well.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely suite with a fireplace. The staff were experienced and professional. We would highly recommend the hotel, except for Suite 350. This beautiful room overlooked the front of the hotel. Guests gather at the front door of the hotel to smoke and unfortunately when you turn the fireplace on, you need to open the window. The cigarette smoke immediately fills the room. We were also awoken at 3:00 am by a group of drunken wedding attendees who needed to shout as they smoked. When you spend $500 on a hotel room, you don't expect to have to repeatedly call the front desk. Other than that it would have been a 5 star stay.

Dear valued guest - I am so sorry that your stay was disturbed by guests at the front entrance of the hotel. I do hope that you called security at the front desk. We do appreciate you noting that our staff were experienced and professional.

We hope that you can come back to the hotel again and experience our exceptional service.

Thank you for your 4 star rating of Queen's Landing,

Fantastic hotel, amazing location, all the components for a great romantic weekend! Walking distance to the lake, downtown Niagara on the Lake and a beautiful short drive to see the Falls. I don't know what set the stage best, the rose on the bed every night, the fireplace in the room, the comfortable bedding or the overal ambience of the hotel. The bar downstairs was a fabulous place for a quiet casual dinner and a nice glass of wine. Niagara on the Lake doesn't allow in big chain hotels, and it shows, everything about this historic town speaks to your soul. Highly recommend this location!

Very nice hotel, excellent location walking distance to the charming old town of Niagara on the Lake. The touch of the gas fireplace with remote control in the room was exceptional. Enjoying the room while watching the fireplace is priceless. The town is beautiful with nice small shops and excellent restaurants. Renting a car is a must so you can move around and visit the Niagara Falls by your own. Very nice hotel that transports you to the past.

Room Tip: Be sure your rooom has a fireplace.

My company recently held a client retreat at Queen's Landing, and the venue and staff exceeded expectations by a mile. It is the perfect place for corporate events. The staff ensure that every last detail is taken care of. I never had to worry about a thing.

The rooms, food and general atmosphere are all fantastic.

Peggy and Paul in particular were instrumental in the success of our event, and whoever has the opportunity to work with them should consider themselves lucky.

Strongly recommended.
