We stayed there last night after an evening w friends at the annual NOTL Christmas Tour/Caroling.. the light fluffy snowfall was just the best God could provide for an awesome evening enjoying the hot tub after a much needed and well deserved night away from the stresses of life in the states!! Our hosts were gracious, the room and all they offer were outstanding from ambiance to comfort to a wonderful "full" homemade breakfast. I was sad to have only stayed one night but plan to make another visit or more and plan for an extended stay .. mayb in the summer to enjoy the pool. WE HIGHLY recommend this B&B ...

Room Tip: We had the garden retreat room; there are only 2 to choose from.. both are very nice.. we chose the...

My only regret during my travel to Canada is that i did not spend more days here! Made with love and care this B&B is cosy, clean and run by a fabulous couple who grows everything and cooks everything fresh for you in the morning and guides you to the little city. Nice pool and outdoor jacuzzi to enjoy the nice evenings.

Room Tip: Make sure you make time to have a large breakfast!

We have been trying to get a room here for 2 years, but have never been able to come because they were always booked up for the season!

We stayed here with another couple and were delighted that the B&B delivered everything we hoped it would (we have been burned in the past).

This property has only 2 bedrooms, and provides a private living room, a pool table, sauna, hot tub, fireplace, and swimming pool for it's guests to use. So travelling with another couple, we had the place to ourselves, which was such a nice change. I personally find it uncomfortable to share a sitting room with other guests, or worse, the homeowner!

There is a private entrance on the side of the house, so we did not have to go through the house to get to our rooms, and we had the entire lower level to ourselves. We had access to the backyard pool and hot tub through our own entrance with made walking around in our swimsuits much less awkward.

The homeowners provided plenty of extra blankets, towels, and a variety of glasses. We had a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, robes and slippers. I found it very nice that several board games, magazines, DVDs and card games were left out for us.

The rooms were nicely decorated, and the beds were decent. Not high end mattresses, but for $99 a night, I wasn't expecting top of the line. We all slept comfortably.

This is the first B&B we have stayed at that offered an array of winery vouchers. We could help ourselves to the complimentary tours, and or tasting cards. Usually a B&B will give you 1 or 2 vouchers....and sometimes none. Also, they offered a book of menus, so you could browse what the various restaurants offered, and the prices associated with them.

The homeowners were friendly enough, but also gave us lots of breathing room, which we found made the place seem more like a hotel, and not impostors in someone else's space.

They have a very large garden in the yard which also contains a chicken coop! Our breakfast was made using the fresh eggs, and freshly harvested fruits, berries, and herbs. We ate on the deck outside, which was so lovely. It was a beautiful morning, and we were told to sit and enjoy. There was no rush to eat and pack to leave.

The bill was also handled in a very nice way. We were asked after breakfast how we would handle the bill in the most casual way. In the past, we have had a knock on the door to come and settle the bill.

The homeowners are so diplomatic, and seem to really be able to read their guests in that they were chatty when we were wanting some company, and then would have the good sense to know when to bow out gracefully. Stellar hospitality overall.

We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Room Tip: Both rooms are very similar, the bathrooms however, are different. The garden room has a small en s...

You can't go wrong staying at this wonderful bed & breakfast, just a few minutes drive from Old Town! The breakfasts provided by owners Brenda & Rudy are so delicious and filling. They keep you full for most of the day. The grounds are brimming with colourful plants, there's a large in-ground swimming pool (perfect for hot days & evenings), a hot tub and places to sit throughout the property listening to the tinkling sounds of water. After a busy day visiting the area, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax!

My husband and I are looking forward to many up-coming visits to Niagara-on-the-Lake and staying at this great B & B.

This was the first time me and my boyfriend stayed in a bed & breakfast and we weren't disappointed. We stayed in "Berry Patch" which had a private jacuzzi and sauna, which we put to good use! The backyard is beautiful and spacious and it was a nice change to have breakfast, with many of the food items straight from the garden. Well worth the price.

I brought my Mother and my daugter here for a Mother's Day trip. Brenda was very accomodating, allowing us to arrive early and drop off our luggage as we were hitting a matinee show at the The Shaw Theatre. The accomodations are lovely, the hosts have provided a separate secure entrance for guests which is a nice touch. The Garden room was spacious allowing for a cot as well as having a private bathroom. The common room has a nice pool table and a comfortable lounging area to watch the big screen tv. Juice & water are available for a small donation (to a charity) as well there is a coffee maker available for your use. Brenda & Rudy have provided maps, wine tasting coupons, brochures etc for the local wineries and attractions.

The back deck and gardens are lovely, with a nice gazebo, pool and hot tub as a bonus. Rudy raises his own chickens and has a small orchard and a garden for fresh vegetables. Thus the fantastic breakfast, an abundance of great food : fresh baked biscuits, home made jams, fruit, yougurt, seasoned eggs, asparagus, ham, crepes, coffee & juice and a wonderful upside down strawberry rhubard cake. It was absolutely delicious!!

The location was perfect, just outside of Niagara-On-the-Lake and a very direct and quick drive into town. And not too far out of the way for a quick trip to the Falls & Casino Niagara : )
Oh and the rooms are very reasonably priced. Great value for your money!

We really enjoyed staying here and will be sure to come again. Thanks for your hospitality Brenda & Rudy!

Room Tip: The Garden room has the private bathroom. The other room has a large bathroom across the hall, stil...

Nov. 17 - 18 was our third time staying at this wonderful Bed & Breakfast. It was our 2nd stay in their Garden Retreat bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The first time we stayed in the Berry Patch bedroom with large private bathroom with sauna right across the hallway. Both bedrooms are very comfortable. You can't beat their price of Cad $99.00 per night (plus taxes).

We go to the Niagara Region quite often and this B & B is really becoming our home away from home. Owners Brenda & Rudy are so welcoming and we always have the best conversations in the morning with them while we enjoy the most delicious breakfasts. Brenda loves to cook and it shows ... freshly made biscuits, apple crepes, deep-dish omlettes, bacon or sausage served with fresh fruit, preserves, yogurt and so much more. Those breaksfasts usually keep us going until 4 pm!

The social room down the hall from the bedrooms is for the guests and includes a pool table, games table, big flat screen TV, lovely big electric fireplace, comfy leather furniture, a frig with water bottles & juices for a $1. donation to a children's charity. There is also a coffee machine with fresh coffee & filters ready to be made at any time and real milk to put into your coffee or tea.

This Bed & Breakfast is close to everything as it is located just off of Niagara Stone Road on Line 2 in Virgil. If you continue along Niagara Stone Road, it becomes Mississauga Road taking you right into Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake in 5 minutes.

Room Tip: Garden Retreat bedroom is larger with smaller ensuite bathroom with shower. Berry Patch bedroom is...
