“Like being at home!”
Reviewed October 5, 2013

This little B&B is nestled in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake in a residential area that's definitely in the path of numerous wineries that have put this area on the map for wine tours . A modern home, there are 3 bedrooms for use in the B&B. The rooms are comfy, and feel very much like you're staying in the home of a relative! Mike is your host here, and her goes the distance to discover your preferences. He's handy in the kitchen too, and a nicely presented breakfast includes coffee, juice, fruits, yogurt and, today anyway, a grilled cheese sandwich. Mmmmmmm . . . comfort food on the road! If you like a bath instead of a shower, be sure to indicate, as one of the rooms only has access to a shower. A nice choice for a B&B in this area!

Friendly place - owner very helpful. Location decent enough - out of centre but easy drive into it. Lovely neighbourhood.

Breakfast very nice, owner could not do more to help.

Room a bit on small side and I had to move the bed to get the baby crib set up (only hotel I've had to stay at where I've had to set the Crib up - a steep learning curve there!)

Very nice, quietly located B&B. Very friendly and helpful host Mike who prepares delicious breakfast and asks if you need advice or help. We could use bikes and enjoyed a lot the bike riding in this beautiful wineyard/-tasting area. Room and bathroom are very clean; not very big but good enough for overnights stay. Bed is very big with excellent matrass. We would definitely recommend this B&B to others!

A charming place indeed, matches its name - though breakfasts more - much more - than a `toast'! Delicious Frittatas, omelettes, pancakes, etc ... comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms ... helpful owners ... it's a tad far on foot from downtown, but well, helps you digest the awesome breakfasts! By car, it's barely a few minutes' drive ... Highly recommended!

I'm sorry to say we were quite disappointed with our stay. Perhaps we've been spoiled by previous B&Bs we've had the pleasure to enjoy. The ambiance lacked charm and the room was in dire need of sprucing up, especially the pillows! Old, flat, warn out pillows and bedding.
Breakfast was basic - settings were lovely, but nothing special on the menu - adequate at best, except for barely warm coffee. The host was nice - nothing more, and did not offer any winery coupons or handouts of the area.

We stayed there one night, 10 days ago. The place is small but full of warmth the owner radiates.
The rooms are very clean, and you cannot find better bed and bath, even in much more expensive hotels.
The recommendations where to drink and eat were perfect too.
Breakfast was great as well.
We certainely recommend this B & B to anybody visiting the area of Niagara falls.

In February, a friend and me stayed here for two nights. It was fabulous! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a nice living room for the guests where one can watch TV or Dvds, read or just relax. Also, there is a fridge with water and cold pop for the guests. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and the owner had a lot of stories to tell. With a car you can reach the falls within 20 minutes. (You can park on the driveway, too) Also, the B&b is not far from the little town and there are wonderful places to go for a walk.
In total, I am more than content with this B&B and I fully recommend it to everybody who wants to have a nice time!
