We stopped in on a whim for lunch and were impressed with the view and the food. My husband had a wood oven pizza and I had the trout. Both were absolutely delicious. We sampled a flight of the reserve wines with our lunch also, which was a nice opportunity to sample their wines. This place looked like a bopping spot at night and a great place for weddings. What a great little find!

Three of us had lunch here twice during our 5-day stay. That's how good it was. We enjoyed every bit of everything both times - the organic garden salad, the burger, the BLT, the pizza, the steelhead trout, the mussels - all excellent. The first time we also had the Creme Brulee and the sampling dessert. OMG! Very wonderful.

We did the one hour daily tour of the vineyard and loved it. We arrived a little early, and lucky we did, because they had someone playing guitar outside the restaurant, it was a great vibe and very enjoyable. The tour was amazing, such an interesting place with so much history, I instantly fell in love with the vineyard and what it stood for. The wines we tasted were great, and after we stayed to have a glass of wine and what was an incredible wood oven pizza. The tour, the wine, the restaurant it was all amazing. I can't wait to go back for their other tours. What a beautiful place.

First and foremost, amazing food. Started with the charcuterie platter, which is always a delight. (goes great with the in house baked fresh bread). Our party of 4 had ordered the Rib Steak, Cornish Hen, Lamb, (and i can't remember the fish). All of which were delicious and paired well with the estate resling.

The biggest reason why i don't give this place a 5 out of 5 is because of the actual building and atmosphere. In the summer the sun room is very HOT, and it is not the largest in size, so i can imagine it would have been hotter, had it been more busy. I'm not taking away from my great experience, but it is something you should consider, as its more of a rustic farm/home style interior, in addition to a small patio w/outside bar, that would probably get a 4 of 5 as well. For the price you pay, other NOTL wineries-restaurants, have much nicer interiors (Hillebrand/Peller).

I really home some reno's are done this winter!

We had lunch inside on a very hot day. The staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what they and the vintners do, and the food was delicious! We had the five-mushroom quiche with salad, accompanied by good 2011 Chardonnay. Dessert was an amazing rhubarb flan/pannacotta with lavender gel - full of delicate flavours. With an espresso. We could have sunk under the table quite happily.
