I enjoy my visits to Cattail Creek Winery.

Cattail Creek Winery is a family business. Rosie is the sommelier who founded the winery with her parents. She is so very knowledgeable, and fun. She is not always there, however the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The tasting experience is great fun.

The winery is housed in a simple building nestled in the vineyard. The wine tasting area is simple and tasteful. The wine is wonderfully displayed.

The last time I was there, they had tasty cheeses to pair with the wine. In the past I had wine and chocolate tasting with Rosie, with a large group of friends. What a wonderful combination.

Their Off Dry Reisling is my very favourite white wine.

We love Niagara on the Lake wineries but this one did not compare. Wines were average at best and customer service was not the best.

We read some very good feedbacks about this winery, so we decided to get there to taste and buy some wine. It is right that it is a small, family winery. The selction is not very large, but that's ok. The atmosphere is cold. There is no place to sit down, so you have to stand there the whole time you're tasting. The lady is not very friendly, she seems not interestet by selling some wine. She explaned some stuff shorty at our request. We are no wine-experts, but I think you must clean the glases after drinking and not pour the next wine into the old glass. She dosn't offer us some water. The tasting prizes are okay, 1 CAD for red or wihte wine, 4 CAD for ice wine. All wines we testet were way to light, they tastet like there where diluted with water but we decided to buy two wines. For this two wines we dind't have to pay the tasting prize. I sadly can't recomment this winery.
