Description: An authentic Irish pub experience here in Niagara on the Lake. In 2007 our founder Trevor Smyth built a pub to rival any on the emerald isle. Our focus is on using fresh quality ingredients in large portions. We will do anything to please our guest. Service is a point of pride at this pub. We deeply appreciate when guests choose us and want them to have an excellent time. We welcome customers as if they are guests in our home.

“Great food, service and place to stay over night”
Reviewed June 17, 2012

We rented the 3 rooms above the the Pub Sat June 16th and they were lovely. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. It can't get any better than having a lovely dinner, few to many drinks -- to only have to climb a few stairs to bed.

The food was good, very tasty pub fare, prices were fair, service was excellent all around. Our server was attentive and never left us without a drink. The couple singing in the evening were very good. The gentleman who checked us in our rooms was helpful and even had fun with us later in the evening when one of our party fell asleep at the dinner table. LOL LOL

The rooms were very resonable in price and at the end of the night the noise from the pub was low, and did not affect our sleep at all

We enjoyed our time there and would recommended 110% to anyone thinking of eating there and renting a room

“Traditional Irish Pub”
Reviewed June 17, 2012

The owners got it right. Wonderful environment, great rendition of an Irish pub. Service was timely and food was great. Many traditional Irish favorites as well as standard menu items. Offer a flight of beers for tasting which was a great way to sample different styles.

“OK pub food”
Reviewed June 15, 2012

We were pressed for time so we decided to eat somewhere walking distance to the Festival Theatre. It is an interesting menu but the food is a bit hit and miss. Our lobster cakes were delicious but should have been served with garlic aoali rather than drawn butter. Our salads were tasty. I did enjoy their whiskey menu which was extensive. Prices are very good especially compared to other NOTL restaurants.

“Better than expected”
Reviewed June 14, 2012

Last year we walked by this place because we thought it was just another one of those basic 'pub grub' places we usually avoid.

This year we decided to have lunch here and it was much better than we expected. Yes, the food is 'pub grub' but it's quite good. And there are a few unexpected items on the menu. The service was good and the staff were super friendly.

Although there are quite a few restaurants in Niagara-on-the-Lake we will probably return.
