We returned to Zees on our yearly Niagara-on-the-lake visit. Our lunch was as fabulous as it was last year. As a starter we devoured a Cheese platter, a selection of fine cheeses with interesting preserves and crostini. My fave was the honey with pollen over blue cheese. Had the Rueben sandwich with a gourmet salad as a main. The bread was chunky marble rye and the meat was moist and tender. The accompanying salad was out of a gourmet magazine. Slices of beets, carrots with various leafy greens presented in a cute cup. It was a delight visually and for the taste buds. We'll be back next year. If you are deciding where to eat, it's worth the extra steps to the end of the main strip. You'll love it.
