The WeGo bus system is extremely convenient in getting from attraction to attraction (especially if you have your adventure pass and are hopping around to all the attractions in the area), but there lied a little confusion with which buses stopped at which stations or which were stopping at northbound/southbound. We had a few instances where we were going in the wrong direction in correlation with the attraction we were trying to get at, which is easy to do if you're not familiar with the area. We had to get off the bus, and wait at a stop in the rain for the right bus to come, which we ended up waiting about a half hour for. It was frustrating, not knowing when the next one was coming... that was until we searched our smartphone app store and found the FREE "Transit Stop:WEGO Niagara Falls Bus" app which was GREAT! I wish that when they sold us the passes that they told us about this app sooner! Figures we found it the last day we were there. All of the buses in the app are color coded by line (blue line, purple line, green line, red line) and then next to it tells you the wait time and when the next one will be at the stop you are waiting at. This was extremely helpful for the last few attractions we did our last day. WeGo definitely needs to let their customers know about the app along with the purchasing of their tickets! It would have been so nice to have it from the start.
