Visited again last month for a quick birthday celebration. We booked the same casino package with the $50.00 casino credit and determined that it was again a great deal considering the options with nearby competitors.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. This is our second visit and each time they have been quite hospitable. This time around, we did have to wait a short while while the cleaning staff finished our room even though we arrived well after check-in. Also they are in the process of renovations, so we notice construction in the hallway. These two things left us a little displeased, but were certainly not deal breakers. Overall, we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but again it was clean and well attended.

Would recommend this hotel for families due to included breakfast and proximity to kids activities on Clifton Hill. Also great for a quick holiday or travelers on a budget. If you're looking for romance and are celebrating a special occasion, splurge a bit and stay at a more upscale hotel with a view of the Falls.

Stayed: March 2014

There are probably hundreds of hotels in Niagara Falls, ranging from high-end to shabby. This hotel was perfect for us; very pleasant and helpful staff, a huge 2-room suite for our family, very affordable rate (Booking.com), a good location away from the carnival-like center but quite close to it. Breakfast was good and plentiful, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and the complimentary chocolate chip cookies, tea and coffee were welcome.

Room Tip: We reserved an "deluxe queen" room, which was not described as a suite, for our family of...

I chose this hotel due to its location, since the main purpose of our travel to Niagarra falls is to do our landing for permanent residency the proximity of the hotel in the rainbow bridge and the price of it is perfect for our travel. Booking is swift until checking in probably its not the busiest time the day since arrived for check in around 8pm so most guest are done with check in already. The room itself is clean and spacious , breakfast is included with the room rate though for me selections are bit limited but you can satisfy yourself by eating more :) depending on your purpose the hotel location has its own pros and cons but for me it was a good choice due to the proximity to the rainbow bridge which is a plus for us all in all its still a good place to stay in Niagara.

Just got home from a weekend away. Country Inn & Suites is very reasonable and clean. Pool and hot tub was nice to be in after this winter we have had. The breakfast was plentiful and hot. Coffee always at hand no matter what time of day. The staff all hours of the day, were very helpful in every aspect. The only downfall is the beds are far to firm. The hotel is located in a very easy spot within walking distance to Cliffton Hill. I would go back again if the opportunity comes up. Must go to the Sand Stone restaurant next to the hotel for a lovely meal but be hungry as you get lots of food and very reasonable in the pricing.

We stayed 3 days at this hotel for an early spring trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel was great, clean, friendly, helpful reception, coffee on all the time. I seemed to keep missing the cookies at the front desk but I ate well anyway. We had a king Jacuzzi room and found it very spacious and clean. All amenities and internet worked great. The only suggestion for improvement to the breakfast would be to turn on the heaters for the hot items, the eggs and sausage were barely warm all 3 days but the waffles were great and there was always plenty of fruit and yogurt. The only item that appeared to have been skimped on was the toilet paper, low grade single ply did not seem to match the rest of the quality we found. This hotel was well located in a quieter end of town yet within walking distance to lots of major attractions and restaurants. I would definitely book here again.

Room Tip: Bring your own toilet paper. We were on the 4th floor near an elevator and it was great

We were in town for one night to attend a funeral the next day. We were looking for something reasonable, but relaxing as we were arriving the night before. The property was conveniently located and easy to access. Our room was huge, very spacious, even with a king size bed and whirlpool tub. There was a new flat screen as well. The bed was very good, didn't have to use my own pillow (always have mine when travelling). The room was very clean and fresh, no visible wear and tear. Breakfast was even included, a very large and well laid out area with great choice. We were there during a large event, hockey tourn maybe...and the staff handled the large number of guests with ease. Finally, the front desk people were excellent. We sure got great value, as for the budget price tag, we were really delighted and highly recommend this hotel.
