While staying at Crown Plaza Falls View - Niagara Falls we visited the water park for few hours, it was nice and has some good rides but admission tickets are expensive. However we still had lots of fun

This place is amazing! All the water features are fantastic and it's really well laid out! Nice splash pad area for babies, huge climbing with slides and all for toddlers to bigger kids and then the awesome tube slides. Loved that they have plenty of fresh towels available. As well as swim diapers! While we didn't eat there, it's nice that they have the option to grab a snack at the cafe so you don't have to take your eyes off your kids. My only concerns would be that the chlorine levels are crazy high! My eyes were burning after a short while but I can just imagine what it would be like without all the chlorine (shudder!). Also, security didn't seem to be a huge concern. While there's lots of attentive lifeguards around, there's no security features in place to determine which child belongs with which adult and let me tell you, there's sooooo many people int there on a Saturday, you would have no idea who's a matched set! I've been to lots of play-places and they usually have a matching wrist band policy or something. This would be nice here just because it's so big and there's so many people!

We went with 2 other couples. Even with no kids with us we had fun. We didn't have to wait long for the slides. (we were there on a tuesday in March.) The wavepool was nice, hot tubs were hot. We didn't eat there. I found it a little pricey for what it was, will likely go back in a few years with our kids when they are older.

This was our second trip. Will definitely come back. This place is excellent for younger kids because they can ride good size waterslides because the slides fill with water - they don't dump you into a pool. My 5 year old even went on the huge individual slides and loved it! Water temp was great, air temp was great (except where the outdoor swimming area opened - they should box that in). On the second day the water temp in the kiddie area was pretty cool - but I think something was wrong because the day before it was great.

Things I would like to see improved - A review of the height restrictions. We had 5 kids. Our youngest ones were 4 but one is petite and one is bigger. The petite one was unable to go on anything except the yellow slide in the kiddie area while the bigger one could ride every waterslide in the kiddie area PLUS 4 tube slides. Needless to say the petite one was very disappointed for 2 days being stuck in the wave pool while the 4 other kids had fun. I don't really understand why she couldn't ride the tube rides - they fill up with water at the bottom so it's not like she had to be tall enough to stand up in a pool?

The water being sprayed on you when you enter the kiddie area. It's intimidating to little ones who would otherwise enjoy the kiddie structure. Also the yellow slide in there is much scarier than the yellow tube slide. It's fast and puts alot of water in the kids' face at the bottom. If you have a choice - take your kid on the yellow tube slide before they try the kiddie yellow slide. My son was turned off last year of all the waterslides because of that.

A security system like Chuck E Cheese - maybe a wristband numbering system since stamps wouldn't work?

The showers in the hallway were freezing cold and when I mentioned it to a staff person - they said that nothing was broken - they are always like that. However, last year I am pretty sure we showered in the hallway with warm water....

Overall though - love this place and would return.

Got a great deal for a Friday and Saturday staying at the Skyline hotel (avoid Skyline and go to Sheraton!). The park was huge and amazing, kids had 12 hours over 2 days of amazing fun. Much more crowded on Saturday but that is to be expected. From a pure water park comparison, better than Great Wolf Lodge!
