The room and service was basic, good and clean but the real surprise was the breakfast buffet; it was included in the price and had lots of variety; toast, eggs, sausages, waffles, muffins, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee in a clean, well-orgainsed space.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (sept.4-6/12) and was pleased with the room that had a smhrhall balcony. The complimentary breakfast was very good , served between 6am-9am. I suggest you arrive early as it fills up fast . the new WEGO bus line stops directly across the street from the hotel and for $11.30 (adult) you can get a 48hr pass from the front desk. The bus stops at all the attractions. Of course there are alot of things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel. The nightly rate was exceptionally lower than the neighbouring hotels. I will definetly be a return customer.

This hotel had several very good points. First, its proximity to the falls and ease of reaching the main viewing area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and fairly new. The bathroom was very good as well. You pay to park but I understand other hotels may charge more per day. They have an indoor pool but I did not have time to use it. On the bad side is the breakfast. Most of the hotels of this quality offer breakfast. You expect the money saved from breakfast to help offset the cost of the night. Well, this place was immensely too small. There were signs on the wall limiting the number of people inside. You had to wait in the hallway until space was available. Long wait. Also had signs that you could not take anything out of the room. Fortunately they did not enforce that and let me get a cup of coffee to go and others were taking styrofoam trays out. After one day, we (my husband, another couple, and myself) found another local restaurant for breakfast- The Flying Saucer on Lundy Lane. Great food, and reasonable price. Much better. But - not what I had planned money-wise or time-wise. When I mentioned the breakfast problem to the staff at the desk I got a very poor response. Pretty much "oh well." There are small balconies for each room. They give you a glimpse of that part of the city but not the falls. Too many buildings and vegetation. So, the important things were good - room, bed, bath but I expect more from a
Comfort Inn breakfast and general customer service.

My family and I took a weekend trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, We enjoy gambling at the Fallsview Casino and the restaurants and nightlife that surround the Fallsview area. That being said, hotels around this area tend to be high for our budget. This hotel offers an economic rate and is within walking distance to all the area attractions. The front desk associates are accomodating and friendly. The support staff that we encountered were the same way. I will say this: You get what you pay for. The rooms are small and you are given the basic essentials that you need. It was very hot on the day we stayed and I felt that the AC unit in ther room could of worked a little better to be honest! The continental breakfast was typical in comparison to others and is located in a very small room so get there early so you don't have to wait too long to eat. If you are looking for an economic hotel in the Fallsview area this should be on your list.

As the name implys, we expected to see the falls from our room. Not the case, maybe once upon a time before the trees had grown tall but not now and we were on the 7th of 8 floors. The included breakfast is a joke. The breakfast room is in the basement and so small that you have to stand in line for an eternity to be seated. There is no air conditioning in the hallway where you have to stand and the ice machines are blowing hot air. If you are a family of five or more they split you up and have you share a table with strangers. This happens with couples too. Desk staff are lazy and push ripoff tour packages and the $5.99 Breakfast place up the street. They give you a coupon for this which is also terrible (food and staff). I would not trust any recommendations from them. There are many fine restaurants in the area and we had some very good meal (we needed them after the subpar breakfasts). Niagara Falls is a treat and look forward to explore it further but not from this hotel.

Room Tip: Stay at a different hotel!!!!!
