The property was beautiful! With only four rooms the place was quiet and very pleasant. Anna was very nice and upon arrival chatted with us about our plans. She offered us a discount pass and recommended things for us to do and places for us to eat. She was also great a out accommodating my food allergy. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much. Should we return to Niagra we will stay here again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay. Close to everything and close to buses. Anna is the hostess with the mostest. rooms clean, comfortable, quiet. food very good too.

Room Tip: purchase the falls package at bnb. you might save a dollar or two buying it at falls, but long lines...

First of all Anna is a wonderful hostess and is very helpful with answering questions or pointing you in the right direction. It was nice to have our own bathroom and everything was VERY clean. The bed was comfortable & it was was very quiet at night. The breakfasts that she prepared every morning were delicious. Everything was fresh and she made you feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to be close to the falls yet far enough away for some peacefulness & not all the noise & traffic right by the falls.

Room Tip: all rooms have their own bathrooms

This place is beautiful, quaint, and well run. We never walked down to the falls, just took the people mover. But it was extremely easy to get there from the B&B. The breakfast was superb and they had wonderful suggestions as to where to eat, going up to Niagra on the Lake. Stay here! It's a great experience!

After a hectic 4 years, my husband and I returned to Niagara Falls and the Villa Gardenia, where we had consistently (and happily) stayed in the past. Our host, Anna, was as warm and welcoming as ever and we couldn't figure out what took us so long to return to our favourite spot in Niagara. We were to attend a wedding in Niagara-on-the-Lake on the Sat. but extended our stay from the Fri. to the Mon. morning in order to do some cycling in the area as we'd done before. When we booked online, Anna was quick to offer the use of their secure garage to store our bikes as per usual and was very accommodating in ensuring we had access to them when we needed.

This B&B is on a leafy side street off of the Niagara Parkway (and its bike path) and while this main artery is close by, it is far away enough from the noisy street, which is a huge plus as we are light sleepers. There is a lovely water feature in the front of the house with huge koi in the collecting pond and the flowering plants are truly magnificent! Anna and her husband take great care in their beautiful garden and it shows.

We stayed in the Rome room, with its own separate ensuite, and is quiet and spotlessly clean. The inviting decor includes a love seat for lounging, a coffee table, a TV and DVD player, and a very comfortable queen-sized bed. From the moment you enter, you feel totally relaxed! There is also a small fridge in the hallway that is available for guests to put any food or beverages they might wish to keep on-hand.

As she showed us to our room, Anna made sure to ask about the wedding we had to attend to find out how she might best assist us in getting directions and ensuring that the timing of breakfast did not interfere with our plans that day. She also went that extra mile in thoughtfully obtaining wine-tasting invitations to a few wineries since we had told her that the wedding was to take place in Wine Country.

Breakfasts in themselves were a real treat and again Anna took great care from the start by ensuring we had no dietary restrictions or needs. We were pretty full for the entire day on Anna's wonderful home cooking that included delicious homemade banana oat muffins every morning. Along with those, she also served us French toast one morning, waffles the next and pancakes on our final morning, each accompanied by bacon and fresh fruit on the side, as well as coffee and orange juice.

All in all, we were thrilled to see that nothing had changed in this beautiful B&B: the warm, accommodating welcome of our host, the cosy room, and the great food. It truly felt like coming home again. Thank you Anna and Tony and we won't make the same mistake of making it another four years till our next visit!

Our party of six recently booked three rooms at Villa Gardenia B&B and had a pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the hostess, Anna, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple (french toast, bacon, fruit) and fresh. The only thing missing was cream for the coffee. The location is great for a nice walk to the Falls and far enough away from crazy Clifton Hill.
