This was our second stay here. We had a beautiful room and amazing view! Everything is spotless and perfectly maintained. The dining and entertainment (not to mention shopping) options on site are also wonderful! We cannot wait to return!

Room Tip: Both times we have stayed we have had a beautiful view of the falls. We love the corner room we had...

Always enjoy staying here, I'm a PAC member so parking is always free, buffets included with my comps so my wife and I usually get a room for $109+txs, find it very affordable for a nights getaway, all times of year are good as long as you have a view of the falls.

Will and would go back in a heartbeat

Signs were helpful from Parking to Coat Check, and the Signpost in the Atrium gave general points of interest. The Atrium presents a lovely facade of frosted glass and brass detailing. There is no NEED to go outside once you park your vehicle (we opted not use Valet which is $20.00) and parked our own car. Parking ticket machines are IN the Atrium on 1, 7 and 11, and will only take Debit or Credit cards, if you don't have a Players Account Card, in which case you might get it Free.

We attended a concert in the Avalon Ballroom/Theatre, across the aisle from where we ate (See: ...And a View of the Falls Too). Seating was plush and comfortable, if a little crowded width-wise, but there was sufficient legroom for general comfort. Sound system was clear and accoustics were also very good. We were 8th row and just right of centre. All sight lines are clear.

Generally a good time was had.

We had a free room for a night . We saw a show and it was nice that everything is inside. Once you leave the hotel no need to go outside. The hotel is spotless . Our room was a good size, shower and bathtub were separate from each other. Ask for the highest floor that they have on the falls side.

Stayed here on a room comp... It was a very nice room, great view of the falls, clean. The front desk staff were also very nice. only downfall is we found the pillows very uncomfortable, one was not enough and 2 was too much. Had dinner at the grand buffet and it was very good as well. Would i stay here again, sure would especially if they comp the room again.!

This has become our favourite place to stay in the Niagara Peninsula region, which we visit fairly regularly, since it's always a good outing for a short holiday and within easy reach of Toronto. And also because my better half enjoys gambling away our kids' inheritance. ;)

I can't really add much to the most recent reviews I read, other than to agree with most of the comments made regarding this hotel. I think one can easily spend a weekend here without getting bored, but there are so many other close-by attractions one has plenty of other choices, especially if you like wine. There is a good selection of restaurants from top notch to good-enough-to-keep-you-from-starving, so that you don't even have to leave the property if you don't feel like it.

The resort is not quite up to the over-the-top opulence of Las Vegas, but then you don't have to worry about when the water is going to run out. ;)

Room Tip: Spring for whatever it costs extra for a room with a view of the Falls. I never tire of the sight.
