“Very surprised”
Reviewed August 24, 2014

I travelled back and forth between Canada and Darien Lake all week and after taking Rainbow bridge and Peace Bridge- found Rainbow bridge (which is closest to the falls) was faster (at least when I went) in getting back and forth to US

“Neat Experience”
Reviewed August 24, 2014

Cost was 50 cents per person to walk across the bridge. It's about a 2 km round trip. Great view of both falls. Make sure you have your passport with you!

“Hurry up and wait”
Reviewed August 22, 2014

Took at least one hour to cross at anytime. No one gets a break, even tour buses. Not adequate to handle the traffic any more.

“Be prepared to wait in line!”
Reviewed August 21, 2014

Don't know what the good times are to cross without waiting in very long lines waiting to get through customs but we came into Canada at about 4:00 pm and waited for almost half an hour! There were about 5 lines of cars! When we came back to the US side, it was 10:30 am and we only waited 5-7 minutes! Just be prepared to wait on the bridge (in case you have a fear of bridges!)

“Rainbow bridge - nice view plus access to text, wifi and phone calls”
Reviewed August 21, 2014

I took a lot of nice pictures of the falls from the bridge. It was also fun to take pictures with the border signs and flags.

I am an American who stayed on the Canadian side so my cell phone plan would need to be upgraded for international calling while in Canada. Instead, we paid the $.50 toll and walked across the bridge to the American side to check our voicemail, make calls and update Facebook one day.
