The Skylon Tower offers two restaurants and an observation deck. Restaurants include a Revolving Dining Room Restaurant and the Summit Suite Buffet. I visited the Buffet restaurant and enjoyed a delightful buffet dinner with a variety of options. Salad options, prime rib, chicken, ribs and seafood were included on the buffet. They also offered a dessert buffet. Both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages were available at an additional charge.

The buffet offered a scenic view of the falls, city and skyline. Take an elevator ride to the restaurants and observation deck. The elevator has a class front to see out as you are ascending and descending. Fireworks were going off as we rode the elevator to the restaurant.

You may purchase individual tickets for the observation deck or they are included with a meal. Reservations are required at both restaurants. You may not visit the observation deck before eating dinner. The observation deck includes an indoor and outdoor area along with a gift shop.

Awesome sight of the city and falls. Be prepared for the wind at the top of the tower.

I recommend 30-minutes if visiting the observation deck only or 1 hour 30 minutes if dining and visiting the observation deck.

|My Husband and I went to the revolving restaurant for our anniversary dinner. We booked the early sitting for dinner which was priced lower because we had read mixed reviews. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was good, the staff very friendly and helpful. Add the spectacular views and you have a wonderful way to spend the evening! After dinner we went to the observation deck for more of the breathtaking views. So glad we finally made the trip up the tower!

This is a must trip to do. You would not be able to get these views anyway else. It is interesting looking through the glass of the elevator, so if you are afraid of heights look straight ahead and not down - the journey takes seconds. We had a lovely sunny day and the views from the top were breathless - we could see Montreal. You will be able to take unbelievable photos. We had our photos taken before going to the top of the SkylonTower and the they were ready when we came back down. We were happy with the photos so we bought them.

The view was great but the food was OK. We did learn that the revolving room was harder than expected to deal with

Well this place is an absolute dump if I am honest!!! So outdated and run down, such a let down. Looks and feels like something from the 70's!!! Should be KNOCKED TO THE GROUND!!
