Original plan was to do the fireworks cruise whilst in Niagara Falls but it was a really cold night so we opted for the observation deck at the Skylon Tower instead. Seems like many people had the same idea - the outside deck was still cold but inside was warm to wait for the fireworks to begin. Great view from the top and recommended if you want a good overall perspective of the area. Should be on the To do list while in Niagara Falls.
It was a great view from the top. I would’ve given a higher rating if they ran more elevators and didn’t cram them full. We couldn’t enjoy the ride up because we were packed in the elevator. Picture counter tried to charge more than originally quoted for our fun pictures from the green screen. Had to correct him and he backtracked.
The elevator ride up to the skywalk was expensive, even though the view for both falls was amazing. Once in a life time. I did not have meal there because I could not get a reservation for the time I wanted.
Unbelievingly breath taking. I really don't like heights but felt very comfortable while up in the lookout area.
This is one attaction that you must do if you come to Niagara Falls. This tower is 750 feet tall. You will never see the falls anywhere at GREAT as going to the top of this thing. They have 2 different styles of resturants there also. We did not eat there but did go to the very top to see the Falls. It was at daytime and the view was unbelievable! Only thing I wished we had gone back up at night time to see the Falls lighted up and the fireworks but will do that on the next time back.
