We arrived to valet parking, a little pricey but nice. Front desk was easy and friendly. On to consiour's desk got a great deal on tours with Scenic Tours of Niagra. Off to our room on floor 18 and what a view. Shower delightful, room super spacious. Bed delightfully comfortable pillows great.

We enjoyed our stay here! We had the presidential suite which came equipped with a message chair that we enjoyed!!! View was amazing! We would definitely recommend the Embassy Suites. They have everything you need!
I had initially reserved a room on the 11th floor. When I checked in the clerk informed me that there was a cancellation on the 23rd floor and recommended that I upgrade to that room. I booked the room and was glad that I took his advice. My suite was wonderful! I have a view of the American and Canadian Falls from my bed! My suite was spacious and the service was impeccable. The wait for an elevator could be lengthy but that is understandable in a hotel of that size. The (hotel) location to attractions and the WeGo was excellent. There is also a Starbucks, TGIG and excellent restaurant located in the hotel.The breakfast selection was below the caliber I have experienced in other Embassy Suites. Overall the hotel was beautiful, the view amazing, my room excellent and I would stay there again.
Cannot beat this view and location.. breakfast was fantastic..my 3 star is because they don't tell you they charge 70.00 for parking which is why my review is lower. The room rate was great until parking was added and became 289.00.

weekend trip, first time to Niagara Falls. got a room with giant bathtub and full views of the falls. watched the sun rise -- amazing colors. Ate breakfast early to avoid crowds mentioned in other reviews, and found paid parking a block away to avoid the outrageous valet parking prices.
We recently stayed here during fall break. On the upside - we had a Falls view room on the 42nd floor and the view was spectacular! Really the best in the area!
The bathroom was really small, breakfast was just ok. Parking fee was CRAZY expensive (I wish I would have known about the ramp a block down for $15 per day).
Despite the average review, I think I actually would stay here again just for the view and proximity to attractions.
