Very accommodating experience at Embassy Suites. I was very pleased. I originally booked a falls view room overlooking the Canadian Falls. They offered to give me an upgrade to view both the Canadian and the American Falls for an additional $150.00/night. Having already spent $370/night I declined. They ended up giving me the upgrade complimentary!! We were on the 23rd floor. The view was amazing. Thank you!!!
The hotel is a bit pricey, but the amenities were worth it. Free drinks for 2 hours each night, free made-to-order breakfast each day that was very good. My only complaint was the additional fees for parking at $25/day and the Tourism Improvement Fee of $37/day plus $2.50/day. I read where this fee can be removed if you ask for it at check-in, but since they were so nice to give me an upgrade I didn't ask for the removal. I also read that this fee pays for the fireworks. (The fireworks aren't every night and they lasted for only 3 minutes.) I was also told by a staff member on the second day that this fee goes to the Management of the hotel. So, for future travelers, ask for the removal if you like.

Room tip: Book a falls view room and then ask for an upgrade.

The view was amazing! The hotel room was average. We booked a suite that sleeps 12 but there were only eight of us in our group. Four teenage boys though, so we wanted them to each have their own bed. We were on the 37th floor and the view was amazing, we could see both sets of falls and the fireworks at night. The room itself may sleep 12 but it barely accommodated eight. With the two sofa beds opened there was no room to walk and no room for luggage. The suite had two bathrooms but both very tiny with barely any counter space. There was a small fridge, microwave and sink but hard to use with the sofa bed open. If you only used the four queen beds in this room it would be much better, but with eight or more people it was very cramped. The breakfast was good, busy though. Elevators can be a challenge at times. The afternoon reception with drinks and 'snacks' is lame. We did that one night only and skipped it the rest of our stay. What you are really paying for is the view, and if you are there to see the falls, this is the place to stay!

The Embassy Suites is a a great hotel and this one is RIGHT where you want to be!!! Access to everything, especially the view of the Canadian (horseshoe) falls is right below the hotel...you also have a great view of the US falls too. Just outside the hotel is a convenient Incline which takes you to the Falls Visitor Center.

View amazing, nice, comfortable suite. Would definitely stay again, especially as right by incline rail. There were three of us, good to have the separate room, hallways were a little noisy occasionally.

We had a falls view family suite that nicely accommodated our family of 5. The view of the falls from our room was breathtaking. We were able to view fireworks from our window. The falls are lit up at night too. Our gluten allergy was accommodated at the morning breakfast. We valet parked our car and didn't use it the whole time we were there. The falls, restaurants and night life are all in easy walking distance. The bus system is also convenient and easy to use.

Room tip: Falls view was worth the extra cost
