Great location to falls, short walk down Murry Ave and you are at Horseshoe Falls. Rooms are very large with beautiful view. Buffet & cooked to order breakfast were great way to start the day. Evening cocktail reception was a nice bonus, snacks skimpy. Only complaint was no WI-Fi in hotel, had to use computers provided in lobby. Pool & hot tub were very clean and kept neatly.

It is my second stay in this hotel with my family. (Four audits and one child) We were upgraded to a High-Floor 2-room falls view suite. The location is perfect and the views is excellent. Staffs, rooms, Wi-Fi and pool were all great. Free Breakfast buffet is served in the Keg. Variety of food (cereals, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruits, muffins and much more). The cook-to-order omelet service is great. The servers are always helpful and kind. Get there early to avoid waiting. Be soon to check out the evening reception for soda, juice and snacks. And you get two free alcoholic drinks per night. KEG - We had lunch there. Food was great. We sat beside the windows and had a great view of the gorgeous Falls.

My wife and I stayed one night in early April and had a great time at this hotel. We booked a King bed with jacuzzi suite. Valet parking was $35. Internet was $9.99 for 24 hrs. We arrived in the middle of a busy afternoon and the valets and doormen were plentiful and very helpful. Check-in was easy and there was plenty of signage to find your way around the lobby. Our room was on the 34th floor and the view of the horseshoe falls was amazing. The room was clean, everything worked as it should(except for the fridge). The shower was huge and the jacuzzi held room for 2. The evening reception was on the 9th floor, where breakfast was held the next morning. We were treated to 2 free drinks and there was an assortment of salty snack - chips, pretzels, nuts, etc. We only heard minor noise through door and the hallway was very quiet. The location is also great, you are steps away from some nice, expensive restaurants and the falls are very close. We didn't use the pool but it looked to be in good shape. Breakfast was good, the eggs on the buffet were standard buffet eggs, so I highly recommend getting the omelette. Seating was abundant as the area is used for the Keg restaurant in the evenings. Highly recommended if you want to spend the money to get a great view of the falls.

Went for a girls trip. Was upgraded to a 38 floor suite with no extra cost. The view of both the US and Canada falls was wonderful. Had a free jacuzzi tub too. The extras we really appreciated such as the manager happy hour with free drinks and the buffet breakfast. Made to order omelettes-yum! The only bad thing was the price of parking-with tax the valet parking was $50! ridiculous!

We only has 2 nights and 1 day to spend so we got a room overlooking the falls. It was a spectacular view. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room and whole hotel for that matter was spotlessly clean. I hate renting a room and you look around and start to see things out of place. Not one thing in this hotel. You get what you pay for. The free breakfast buffet was perfect. Had something for everyone in our family, even the picky eater. You can choose a table looking out the window overlooking the falls. The evening reception was only nut mix, chips, pretzels, pickles and an alcoholic drink and sodas. COuld have been a little more substantial. That was the only thing lacking.

We decided to get a room with a great view of the falls and after much research determined this hotel was not only the best value but also provided the best view. We were right!

The hotel is very large! We stayed (and paid!) on the 36th floor with a falls view. The room was a nice size and consisted of a living room, bathroom area, and bedroom. The decor could use updating but it was in good enough condition to not be a negative. Our view was fantastic although I thought it was weird that the bed was against the wall whereby if I were laying in bed facing the window I wouldn't be able to see both of the Falls. Isn't that kind of the point? I also found it odd that if you sat on the bed facing the window so you could see the Horseshoe Falls that the window that opened and hence had a screen was the window through which you would see the Falls and thus distort your view. Just seemed like poor conceptual thinking but you can still sit in a chair at the end of the bed (there's plenty of space) and see everything perfectly. Other than that, the bedding was great, the televisions were good and got a good amount of specialty channels, the bathroom was large, and there's lots of space for the family to hang out.

The free breakfast was great. Honestly, you get good hot food (bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelettes, and hashbrowns) as well as fruit, breads, cereals, and oatmeal, not to mention they let you sit in The Keg restaurant and enjoy the view of the Falls while you eat. Get there early to beat the rush. We woke up, got breakfast, and went back to bed.

There's also an evening reception from check-in to mid-evening where you get two free alcoholic beverages and unlimited soda/juice and snacks (chips, pretzels, pickles, carrots). You can definitely attend and bring some back to the room for later if you'd like.

The pool area is large - which is good since it seemed to be constantly occupied by multiple families, even late in to the evening (we went at 10:30 and there were still kids that had to be 6 years old in the pool); so don't expect some couples-time in the pool area unless you go first thing in the morning. The pool was really cold for an indoor pool and the hot tubs weren't very bubbly or hot but there's two spacious hot tubs so plenty of room to relax.

You'll have to pay for parking in Niagara. It's unavoidable if you're parking a car. The hotel offered valet service for $35 and offsite parking for $25. The offsite parking isn't as bad as it sounds. It's literally a few blocks away. The parking lot is surrounded by tall concrete walls so it appears very secure. There's a shuttle every 5 minutes (or right away if it's not busy) to the parking lot so between getting your keys, waiting for the shuttle, and getting to the parking lot it'll take you 10 minutes which is comparable to walking to your car in nearby lot where you won't get the same security. There is the casino parking lot just a property away but their prices vary and you don't get in-and-out privileges. There also appeared to be parking across the street in a couple of different places at a cheaper rate but use at your risk.

There's a Starbucks in the lobby if that makes a difference to you, as well as The Keg and TGIFridays. Lots of other restaurants in the area. If you want something cheaper and faster there's a food court in the back of the casino property. The area itself is still fairly new and being built up but it's a lot better than it was ten years ago. Hopefully they'll add some touristy type of attractions (like you'd find on Clifton Hill) in the future. In the spring/summer/fall it's not too far of a walk to Clifton Hill if the weather cooperates and hotel is right above the Niagara Falls attractions.

If I had to recommend any hotel in Niagara to stay at where a view of the Falls was imperative I would recommend this hotel. If you're not interested in a view but like the other amenities check for reduced rates on TravelZoo, Groupon, and WagJag as the city-view rooms can be a great value with those reduced rates.

Room Tip: Get to breakfast early to avoid waiting. Check out the evening reception for free booze, drinks, an...
