Great value, we booked through a wagjag deal and recieved diner coupons, arcade vouchers, complimentary breakfast, and two complimentary drinks. We upgraded our room to a junior presidential suite, well worth it for the view. Parking was a bit of a pain, we paid the $35 for valet parking, only because we didn't want to be hassled with taking the shuttle to our vehicle. Wifi is very expensive, 9.95 per device per day...i believe. We asked down at the desk and he gave us the promo code because he remembered we travelled with teenagers. All in all, it was a great experience and would definately stay again :)

No Free Wifi (they say it's free for HHonors member, but it is very confusing)
Mandatory Valet Parking costs you additional $35
They are eager to charge you with anything possible separate from the room charge.

We were very excited about this part of our trip. It was the start of our road trip of the east side of America. It started with a BANG!!! The Fallsview hotel was fantastic. We had originally booked a Junior suite, but when we got there we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a presidential suite.....this was the best decision we made during the whole holiday. It was totally worth the money. We had a corner room overlooking both falls and it was breath taking!!!! I don't think we will ever stay in a room with such an amazing view ever again. It was so special.
The room had a VERY comfy bed and a lovely hot tub.
The breakfast was good, not as good as other places we have stayed, but it had a good selection. The omelette bar looked popular, but we didn't try them ourselves.
I would recommend anyone to visit this hotel. We even changed our plans to spend more time in our room just to maximise our time looking at the view, which of course, Niagara is all about!

Room Tip: Go as high up the building as possible for the best views!

My wife and I booked a wagjag deal for a falls view room and were upgraded to a suite on the 40th floor. The front room, bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate toilet and shower, and bedroom with two queen beds were all excellent. The only odd thing was a ticking noise from the heating system.

Location is convenient to most everything; 4 minute walk to the Fallsview Casino, 15 minute walk to the LCBO if you've forgotten your champagne (or prosecco). Its a bit further to Clifton Hill if that's your thing. Its about a 10 minute walk down to the falls themselves. The Keg is conveniently located on the 9th floor, Starbucks in the lobby, and there's plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was marginal (at the Keg on the 9th floor). Alan was very attentive at the table, but the food was no better than a low-rate motel.

Room Tip: Definitely get a room overlooking the falls, the higher the better!

We stayed here for two nights (with a toddler) and were blown away immediately by the service at the hotel. The parking and bellhop service was so incredibly helpful and friendly and worth it because the weather was freezing! Hotel staff was all very nice, too! Included breakfast was impressive too. The pool was okay, I was disappointed that it was only 3 feet deep and was pretty chilly. The decor in the room is a little dated but very clean, so the decor didn't really matter to us. We would stay here again for sure!

We just checked in for our 5th Anniversary and I am not very happy with the way I was treated!! My wife and I come to this hotel in the middle of the week most of the time, but this time we came on a Friday for our 5th Anniversary. Usually we get a room above the 30th floor with a jacuzzi tub, but this time they could not give us this room type because they could get a few more bucks for it being a weekend. They are so happy to see us during the week when it is slow, but for our 5th Anniversary the best they could give us is the 10th floor with no view of the falls. This is really disappointing and I may have to look at other hotels in the area next time, and believe me, there are a lot of other hotels that have great packages. If I was them, I would have given us our regular type room and forgot about the little extra they could have got for it. Now instead of losing maybe $20 to $50 for giving us a better room, they will lose our business which will cost them a lot more than that just in the next year alone!! Good thinking Embassy Suites, you lost another one!!

Room Tip: Don't go here for an anniversary or special occasion hoping to get anything extra, or you may be...

Went for a get away and was very happy with the hotel...it all started with exellant valet parking service and continued to quick check in. The hotel lobby was a very busy place but with all the people checking and moving around it was very easy to get somebody to help with our needs. After a rapid check in by a very friendly lady we made ourselves to our room on the 42nd floor...we were blown away with the size of the room and the view!!!!We went to a welcome reception on the ninth floor, again met by very helpful staff. We had a great night and went for breakfast in the morning and the selsction was quite good and again the staff very friendly and helpful. ONLY HINT: if staying on the top floors and waiting for elevators from the ninth floor...ride down before going up it is definitely faster/easier than waiting for an "up" elevator.

Room Tip: I can only suggest to go as high up as you can, as the higher you go the better the view.
