We had a outstanding time and enjoyed the hotel to the fullest. We will surely use Embassy Suites again, rather in the states or abroad. The service was excellent and the staff was amazing. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The best part was relaxing in our suite, while looking out onto the falls.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel for the location and view of the falls. The hotel service and the breakfast were below the standards of other Embassy Suites. While I understand that this hotel caters to tourist and not people on business trips - probably not expecting people to return anytime soon. However, being that it carries the Embassy Suites name, it should operate at the same level as others. This hotel is the worse Embassy Suite I have ever stayed in. Staff were not friendly or helpful.

We were on the 33rd floor and the view was great! The room was clean and the free breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful when asked about directions and how to get around the area. We used the WeGo and did walk to the casino which was about a 5 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We checked in on Wednesday and upgraded to a Presidential Suite (Thanks Sean!) for a stay thru Saturday. Arrival and check-in was easy, although we didn't get there until after 1AM. Our suite (1811) was beautiful with a fantastic view of the American and Canadian Horseshoe falls. The hotel was at the top of the Incline Railway, which leads directly to Table Rock house, the main viewing platform at the top of the falls. The location couldn't have been better; there's also a WeGo stop in front of the Hotel.

Inside the hotel is a Starbucks, Friday's, and Steakhouse. Prices are above average, but typical for the area. Food quality was good, and we never had to wait for service or our food beyond what would be expected. The included AM breakfast was excellent; highly recommended.

We stayed during the 3rd week of October, so the season was a bit slower. That being said, our room was extremely quiet. The whirlpool tub was fantastic - and just what was needed. Decor in the room is a bit older, but in very good condition. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Presidential Suite had a fantastic view - highly recommend the upgrade.

The hotel was well keep, staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. Located in the entertainment district. Ideal for business, however we were there to sightsee. only way to the falls was by using the incline rail-$2.50 each way, $6.00 per person daily pass. There is only valet parking - $25.00 charge and your car is in a lot several blocks away, so if something is left in vehicle you must be shuttled there. All things you would expect, hot tub, pool, wifi, etc. On site TGIF and Starbucks. Casino about 2 blocks away. I would go there for diner-$20.00 buffet. We thought the on site was pricy for what we received.

Room Tip: Ask for a falls view room.
